I saw a difference immediately in the tendonitis I had for years. The taste (lemon) is bearable; I don't understand why they say it's disgusting; I've had infusions that were undrinkable. In the first week, I took the recommended dose and then half of it. I will buy it again.

2 stars because it has many beneficial ingredients, although I don't have any serious issue to see if it really helps me. Unfortunately, the strawberry that I received (even though I ordered lemon) is terrible and I’m just drinking it because I feel sorry for my money. Additionally, I chose this one as an alternative to collagen from another brand that I got at the same price, with half the amount. But the problem is that this one is more diluted, and the recommended dose is double. So I didn't save any money either. I will definitely look for another brand.

With so many hours of work and standing and so much pain for years, I have one thing to say, try it, it works perfectly, it helps both muscles and joints, it is a complete supplement!

It has such a terrible taste that it only makes you nauseous. It also smells really bad. I will probably throw it away.
P.S. In the end, I couldn't stand it anymore and returned it.
