This is a natural vitamin, around 20 euros for 120 capsules. I don't have an opinion on its effects on the body, but do you honestly believe that a cheap effervescent one offers more? Since Vitamin C is water-soluble and we want to have energy throughout the day, maybe taking two capsules a day is the right choice. Next time, I will choose a different brand with slow-release Vitamin C to see the difference
