I bought it in August 2017 exclusively for cutting children's food. It was used without any problem for 1.5 years, working perfectly for the job we wanted it for. Overall, it was used for about 30-40 days (Easter and summers) during our family vacations at my parents' house, because we have other brand choppers at home. So it had minimal use and was hand washed, not in the dishwasher and at high temperatures.
However, before the one-year mark from the purchase, I noticed a crack in the base of the plastic container, starting right below the metal base (pivot) that supports the blades. This crack gradually extended until it reached the edges of the container, although there were no leaks as it was an internal crack - not noticeable to the touch, starting from the inside of the plastic. It goes without saying that this crack was not due to misuse or excessive use, as no excessive force was applied and it was not used daily, only during vacations, while the rest of the time it was simply stored. I had the bright idea to purchase an extension of the warranty for three years (with the possibility of up to three replacements of the device) to have peace of mind. A few days ago, just before the two-year mark, I decided to take it to the local store where I made the purchase for a replacement. There, after a phone call between the responsible technician, the Izzy service, and the person in charge of the warranty extension, I learned that this particular crack is not covered by any warranty under any circumstances, as it is considered to be the customer's fault. In general, no service recognized the slightest possibility of a design flaw or defect in the device, since it is a crack, although there are many reviews on the internet mentioning this specific issue. The only solution they offered me was to buy a new container for 13 euros. When I asked how it is possible to prove that the crack was not caused by misuse and how I could have caused this specific crack that starts from the center of the container, all they told me was that both the seller's service and Izzy consider that all breakages/cracks are the customer's fault. ATTENTION: The company's warranty and the store's warranty extension essentially only cover the motor... In other words, a part of the device that corresponds to 50% of its value and undergoes continuous wear from the use of the blades (friction and vibrations) is not covered by the warranty and is not reinforced.
And all this for a chopper that cost 26 euros, a warranty extension that cost 10 euros, and a plastic container that, including VAT and shipping, cost 13 euros.
To summarize, the device had no issues in its operation, but if its container becomes useless so easily without being covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and you have to spend half the money again to buy a new container, then it is essentially not worth buying. Poor construction quality and even worse customer service, especially considering the known issue of cracks in the container with many negative comments.
Το αγόρασα τον Αύγουστο του 2017 αποκλειστικά για κοπή παιδικών τροφών. Χρησιμοποιήθηκε χωρίς πρόβλημα για 1,5 χρόνο, λειτουργώντας άψογα για τη δουλειά που το θέλαμε. Συνολικά, χρησιμοποιήθηκε περίπου για 30-40 ημέρες (Πάσχα και καλοκαίρια) κατά τη διάρκεια των οικογενειακών διακοπών στο πατρικό μου και αυτό γιατί στο σπίτι έχουμε πολυκόπτες άλλης εταιρίας. Οπότε ελάχιστη χρήση και πλύσιμο μάλιστα στο χέρι και όχι στο πλυντήριο πιάτων και σε υψηλές θερμοκρασίες.
Ωστόσο, πριν την παρέλευση ενός έτους από την αγορά διαπίστωσα στη βάση του πλαστικού κάδου την ύπαρξη ρωγμής, που ξεκινούσε κάτω ακριβώς από τη μεταλλική βάση (πίρος) στήριξης των λεπίδων. Η ρωγμή αυτή σταδιακά επεκτεινόταν μέχρι, που έφθασε στις άκρες του κάδου, χωρίς όμως να παρατηρούνται διαρροές καθώς ήταν εσωτερική ρωγμή - δεν γινόταν αντιληπτή με την αφή, ξεκινούσε μέσα από το τοίχωμα του πλαστικού. Εννοείται ότι η συγκεκριμένη ρωγμή δεν οφειλόταν ούτε σε κακή χρήση ούτε σε υπερβολική χρήση, αφού ούτε υπερβολική δύναμη ασκήθηκε ούτε χρησιμοποιήθηκε καθημερινά αλλά μόνο στις διακοπές και τον υπόλοιπο χρόνο ήταν απλά αποθηκευμένο. Είχα τη φαεινή ιδέα να αγοράσω και επέκταση της εγγύησης στα τρία χρόνια (με δυνατότητα ως και 3 αντικαταστάσεων της συσκευής) για να έχω το κεφάλι μου ήσυχο. Πριν από λίγες ημέρες και προ της παρόδου διετίας αποφάσισα να το πάω στο τοπικό κατάστημα, όπου έκανα την αγορά, για να προβεί σε αντικατάσταση. Εκεί, μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία του αρμόδιου τεχνικού τόσο με το service της Izzy όσο και με τον υπεύθυνο για την επέκταση της εγγύησης, μαθαίνω ότι το συγκεκριμένο ράγισμα δεν καλύπτεται σε καμιά περίπτωση από καμία εγγύηση καθώς θεωρείται ότι έγινε με υπαιτιότητα του πελάτη και μόνο. Γενικά δεν αναγνώριζε κανένα service την παραμικρή πιθανότητα σχεδιαστικού λάθους ή ελαττώματος της συσκευής, εφόσον πρόκειται για ράγισμα, αν και στο ίντερνετ υπάρχουν πολλές αξιολογήσεις, που αναφέρουν το συγκεκριμένο πρόβλημα. Μοναδική λύση, που μου πρότειναν ήταν να αγοράσω καινούριο κάδο έναντι 13 ευρώ. Στην ερώτησή μου πώς είναι δυνατόν να αποδείξω ότι η ρωγμή δεν προκλήθηκε λόγω κακής χρήσης και με ποιόν τρόπο θα μπορούσα να έχω προκαλέσει τη συγκεκριμένη ρωγμή, που ξεκινά από το κέντρο του κάδου, το μόνο που μου είπε είναι ότι τόσο το service του πωλητή όσο και η Izzy θεωρούν ότι όλα τα σπασίματα/ ραγίσματα γίνονται από υπαιτιότητα του πελάτη. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ: Η εγγύηση της εταιρίας και η επέκταση εγγύησης των καταστημάτων καλύπτουν ουσιαστικά μόνο το μοτέρ... Δηλαδή δεν καλύπτεται με εγγύηση ένα τμήμα της συσκευής, που αντιστοιχεί στο 50% της αξίας της και υφίσταται συνεχή καταπόνηση από τη χρήση των λεπίδων (τριβές και κραδασμούς) χωρίς να είναι ενισχυμένο.
Και όλα αυτά για ένα πολυκόπτη, που έκανε 26 ευρώ, μια επέκταση εγγύησης, που στοίχισε 10 ευρώ, και ένα πλαστικό κάδο, που μαζί με φπα και μεταφορικά κόστιζε 13 ευρώ.
Συνοψίζοντας, η συσκευή δεν είχε κανένα θέμα στη λειτουργία της, εάν όμως αχρηστεύεται τόσο εύκολα ο κάδος της, χωρίς να σε καλύπτει η εγγύηση του κατασκευαστή, και πρέπει να δώσεις τα μισά λεφτά ξανά για να αγοράσεις καινούριο κάδο, τότε ουσιαστικά δεν αξίζει να την αγοράσεις. Κακή ποιότητα κατασκευής και ακόμα χειρότερη αντιμετώπιση τόσο από την αντιπροσωπεία, ειδικά από τη στιγμή, που είναι γνωστό το θέμα των ρωγμών στον κάδο με πολλά αρνητικά σχόλια.

I had the previous model, I like this one more because it has a triple blade, a larger bowl, and a non-slip bottom, so it doesn't move when operating. I mainly use it for chopping/pureeing fruits, vegetables, and nuts. I haven't used it for crushing ice, so I have no opinion on that.
Είχα το προηγούμενο μοντέλο, αυτό μου αρέσει περισσότερο γιατί έχει τριπλό μαχαίρι, μεγαλύτερο κάδο και αντιολισθητικό κάτω μέρος, έτσι ώστε να μην μετακινείται όταν λειτουργεί. Το χρησιμοποιώ κυρίως για κόψιμο/πολτοποίηση φρούτων, λαχανικών και ξηρών καρπών.Δεν το έχω χρησιμοποιήσει για θρυμμάτισμα πάγου, οπότε δεν έχω άποψη.
Overall, I was quite satisfied until unfortunately the bowl cracked at the base after less than half a year of occasional use. At first, I thought it was just a seam in the plastic, but it started to get bigger and now I'm just waiting for it to break... Also, the way the blades attach is a bit strange and requires attention.
Γενικά ήμουν αρκετά ευχαριστημένη μέχρι που δυστυχώς ράγισε ο κάδος στη βάση με ούτε μισό χρόνο αραιής χρήσης. Στην αρχή νόμιζα ότι ήταν ραφή του πλαστικό αλλά αρχισε να μεγαλωνει και τώρα απλα περιμένω να χαλάσει...Επίσης είναι λίγο περίεργος ο τρόπος που κουμπώνουν οι λεπίδες και θέλει προσοχή.
I think it is the King of Multis, size, quality, power, but also the corresponding slightly high price, so if you find it under 25€, grab it without a second thought.

I'm sorry that Izzy is no longer a reliable company for this particular product. After 9 months, the motor lost contact with the part that turns the blades (while it "clicks" in and the motor works, the blades do not turn). I will not choose it again.
Λυπάμαι που πλέον στο συγκεκριμένο προϊόν η Izzy πλέον δεν είναι αξιοπιστη εταιρία. Μετά από 9 μήνες το μοτέρ έχασε επαφή με το κομμάτι που γυρνάει τα μαχαίρια (ενώ "κουμπώνει" και λειτουργεί το μοτέρ, δεν γυρνάνε τα μαχαίρια). Δεν θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω.
Very good blender. It lasted 6-7 years but my dad broke it while making garlic dip. If it struggles to blend, try thinning out what you're mixing a bit so you don't have the same problem.

Excellent. I had an older model of IZZY for many years. It "served its time" and I ordered this one. Incredibly powerful compared to the previous one, very easy to use, perfect size of the bowl (it has about one and a half times the capacity compared to the classic old one). The bowl is made of quality material, cleans perfectly in the dishwasher and has not become cloudy yet. I am very satisfied. Be careful with the blades. They are very sharp. They can even cut fingers!
Εξαιρετικό. Είχα παλαιότερο μοντέλο της IZZY επί πάρα πολλά χρόνια. Τα "έφαγε τα ψωμιά του" και παρήγγειλα αυτό. Απίστευτα δυνατό σε σχέση με το προηγούμενο, πολύ εύκολο στη χρήση, τέλειο το μέγεθος του κάδου (έχει χωρητικότητα περίπου μιάμιση φορά μεγαλύτερη σε σχέση με το κλασσικό παλιό). Ο κάδος είναι από ποιοτικό υλικό, καθαρίζει τέλεια στο πλυντήριο πιάτων και δεν έχει θολώσει ακόμη. Είμαι πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένη. Προσοχή στις λεπίδες. Είναι πάρα πολύ κοφτερές. Κόβουν και δάχτυλα !

The 600ml bowl is satisfactory for daily use, neither too small nor too large, and I like that the knives are placed on 3 levels and comfortably cut even the ingredients on top.
For 2 years now, it has been working tirelessly and without any issues!
I made the easiest, healthiest, and most nutritious cheese pie without phyllo, based on oats and only 7 ingredients! Everything is done in the Multi! From grinding the oats to mixing the ingredients for the filling.

Από τη στιγμή που μπήκε στην κουζίνα μου έγινε ένα από τα πιο πολυχρηστικά εργαλεία που χρησιμοποιώ σχεδόν καθημερινά.
Το μοτέρ των 600W είναι πραγματικά δυνατό και οι 6 ανοξείδωτες λεπίδες κάνουν εξαιρετική δουλειά,είτε θέλω να αλέσω, να ψιλοκόψω ή να πολτοποιήσω.
Το μπολ των 600ml είναι ικανοποιητικό για καθημερινή χρήση, ούτε πολύ μικρό ούτε μεγάλο και μου αρέσει που τα μαχαίρια μπαίνουν σε 3 επίπεδα και κόβουν άνετα και τα υλικά που βρίσκονται πάνω-πάνω .
Εδώ και 2 χρόνια δουλεύει ασταμάτητα και απροβλημάτιστα!

Αξίζει για τα χρήματα του.
Οι λεπίδες του είναι ξυράφια και παραμένουν ξυράφια μετά από 4 5 6 χρόνια που το έχω.
Tips 1 Όταν βάζουμε σκληρά τρόφιμα δεν μπουκωνουμε τον κάδο. Λίγα λίγα μέσα και ξεκινάμε με την μικρή ταχύτητα.
Πάντα βοηθάμε το μοτέρ να ανασαίνει δηλαδή δεν το πάμε με φουλ τα ταχύτητα συνέχεια.
2 Οι λεπίδες είναι χαμηλά τοποθετημένες στον κάδο του και το άλεσμα είναι ομοιόμορφο.
3 Προσοχή στον κάδο μπορεί να ραγίσει. Δεν θυμάμαι πόσο καιρό είναι ραγισμένο χωρίς να έχω διαρροή.
Πριν λίγες ημέρες άρχισε να μυρίζει το μοτέρ..... πάει για κάψιμο.
Έκανα παραγγελία το ίδιο και θα κρατήσω τα αναλώσιμα του για ανταλλακτικά.
Με λίγα λόγια αξίζει πραγματικά για τα λεφτά του.
Τονίζω πάλι φερθείτε με προσοχή ( λίγες στροφές)στο μοτέρ του στο ξεκίνημα του αλέσματος και θα το έχετε για χρόνια
The first one I bought, within 5 minutes it smelled burnt without heavy use because it was clear it wasn't meant for heavy-duty until the next minute the blades stopped turning while the motor was working normally. It was returned and replaced without any problem.
The second one, having the fear from the first, was slightly strained but after three or four uses, it emitted sparks inside due to electricity either from the motor or from the switch. It was clear that something was wrong even though it was working normally. I took it back and they replaced it immediately.
The third one works normally, without me straining it too much. Generally, during the return of the second one, they offered me my money back but I accepted to exchange it one more time.
The blades cut amazingly, but the locking of the blades together is problematic and requires caution because you can cut yourself with the slightest touch.
Another negative is that the unfastening of the lid is in the same direction as the rotation of the blades so as they spin, they push the lid to open and you have to hold it against, which is unacceptable.
In general, I wouldn't recommend it, I would go for something more quality.
Το πρώτο που αγόρασα, στο 5λεπτο μύρισε καμμένο χωρίς έντονη χρήση γιατί ακουγόταν ότι δεν είναι για πολλά ζόρια μέχρι που στο επόμενο λεπτό σταμάτησαν και να γυρίζουν οι λεπίδες ενώ το μοτέρ δούλευε κανονικά. Επεστράφη και αντικαταστάθηκε χωρίς πρόβλημα.
Το δεύτερο, έχοντας και τον φόβο από το πρώτο, ζοριστηκε ελάχιστα αλλά μετά από τρεις τέσσερις χρήσεις, εξέπεμπε λάμψεις στο εσωτερικό του λόγω ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος είτε από το μοτέρ είτε από τον διακόπτη. Φαινόταν ότι κάτι δεν πήγαινε καλά αν και δούλευε κανονικά. Το πήγα πίσω και μου το αντικατέστησαν άμεσα.
Το τρίτο δουλεύει κανονικά, χωρίς να το ζορίζω ιδιαίτερα. Γενικά, στην επιστροφή του δεύτερου, μου πρότειναν να πάρω τα λεφτά μου πίσω αλλά δέχτηκα να το αλλάξω άλλη μία φορά.
Οι λεπίδες κόβουν φοβερά, το κούμπωμα όμως των λεπίδων μεταξύ τους είναι προβληματικό και θέλει προσοχή γιατί κόβεσαι με το παραμικρό.
Άλλο ένα αρνητικό είναι ότι το ξεκούμπωμα του καπακιού είναι στην ίδια φορά με την φορά της περιστροφής των λεπίδων οπότε όπως αυτές γυρίζουν, ωθούν το καπάκι να ανοίξει και πρέπει να το κρατάς κόντρα, πράγμα ανεπίτρεπτο.
Σε γενικές γραμμές, δεν θα το πρότεινα, θα πήγαινα σε κάτι πιο ποιοτικό.

Βασικά για καμιά χρήση δεν κάνει, αφου ούτε βρασμένη γλυκοπατατα δεν αλέθει!!

It has a powerful motor and does not jam/block. We even use it for smoothies with ice cubes and it crushes the ice cubes easily without jamming. Filling it up to half of the container, a few drops spill out during operation. The biggest negative is cleaning the blades. We have cut ourselves several times trying to clean the blades, as we disassemble them. For the money it costs, it is a good purchase.
Έχει δυνατό μοτέρ και δεν κολλάει/μπλοκάρει. Το χρησιμοποιούμε ακόμη και για smoothies με παγάκια και θρυμματίζει τα παγάκια άνετα χωρίς να κολλάει. Γεμίζοντας το μέχρι τα μισά του κάδου, χύνονται λίγες σταγόνες απέξω κατά τη λειτουργία. Το μεγαλύτερο αρνητικό είναι το καθάρισμα των λεπίδων. Έχουμε κοπεί αρκετές φορές προσπαθώντας να καθαρίσουμε τις λεπίδες, καθώς τις απο-συναρμολογούμε. Για τα χρήματα που κοστίζει είναι μια καλή αγορά.

I had the previous model, I like this one more because it has a triple blade, a larger bowl, and a non-slip bottom, so it doesn't move when operating. I mainly use it for chopping/pureeing fruits, vegetables, and nuts. I haven't used it for crushing ice, so I have no opinion on that.
Είχα το προηγούμενο μοντέλο, αυτό μου αρέσει περισσότερο γιατί έχει τριπλό μαχαίρι, μεγαλύτερο κάδο και αντιολισθητικό κάτω μέρος, έτσι ώστε να μην μετακινείται όταν λειτουργεί. Overall, I was quite satisfied until unfortunately the bowl cracked at the base after less than half a year of occasional use. At first, I thought it was just a seam in the plastic, but it started to get bigger and now I'm just waiting for it to break... Also, the way the blades attach is a bit strange and requires attention.

I bought it in August 2017 exclusively for cutting children's food. It was used without any problem for 1.5 years, working perfectly for the job we wanted it for. Overall, it was used for about 30-40 days (Easter and summers) during our family vacations at my parents' house, because we have other brand choppers at home. So it had minimal use and was hand washed, not in the dishwasher and at high temperatures.
However, before the one-year mark from the purchase, I noticed a crack in the base of the plastic container, starting right below the metal base (pivot) that supports the blades. This crack gradually extended until it reached the edges of the container, although there were no leaks as it was an internal crack - not noticeable to the touch, starting from the inside of the plastic. It goes without saying that this crack was not due to misuse or excessive use, as no excessive force was applied and it was not used daily, only during vacations, while the rest of the time it was simply stored. I had the bright idea to purchase an extension of the warranty for three years (with the possibility of up to three replacements of the device) to have peace of mind. A few days ago, just before the two-year mark, I decided to take it to the local store where I made the purchase for a replacement. There, after a phone call between the responsible technician, the Izzy service, and the person in charge of the warranty extension, I learned that this particular crack is not covered by any warranty under any circumstances, as it is considered to be the customer's fault. In general, no service recognized the slightest possibility of a design flaw or defect in the device, since it is a crack, although there are many reviews on the internet mentioning this specific issue. The only solution they offered me was to buy a new container for 13 euros. When I asked how it is possible to prove that the crack was not caused by misuse and how I could have caused this specific crack that starts from the center of the container, all they told me was that both the seller's service and Izzy consider that all breakages/cracks are the customer's fault. ATTENTION: The company's warranty and the store's warranty extension essentially only cover the motor... In other words, a part of the device that corresponds to 50% of its value and undergoes continuous wear from the use of the blades (friction and vibrations) is not covered by the warranty and is not reinforced.
And all this for a chopper that cost 26 euros, a warranty extension that cost 10 euros, and a plastic container that, including VAT and shipping, cost 13 euros.
To summarize, the device had no issues in its operation, but if its container becomes useless so easily without being covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and you have to spend half the money again to buy a new container, then it is essentially not worth buying. Poor construction quality and even worse customer service, especially considering the known issue of cracks in the container with many negative comments.
Το αγόρασα τον Αύγουστο του 2017 αποκλειστικά για κοπή παιδικών τροφών. Χρησιμοποιήθηκε χωρίς πρόβλημα για 1,5 χρόνο, λειτουργώντας άψογα για τη δουλειά που το θέλαμε. Συνολικά, χρησιμοποιήθηκε περίπου για 30-40 ημέρες (Πάσχα και καλοκαίρια) κατά τη διάρκεια των οικογενειακών διακοπών στο πατρικό μου και αυτό γιατί στο σπίτι έχουμε πολυκόπτες άλλης εταιρίας. Οπότε ελάχιστη χρήση και πλύσιμο μάλιστα στο χέρι και όχι στο πλυντήριο πιάτων και σε υψηλές θερμοκρασίες.
Ωστόσο, πριν την παρέλευση ενός έτους από την αγορά διαπίστωσα στη βάση του πλαστικού κάδου την ύπαρξη ρωγμής, που ξεκινούσε κάτω ακριβώς από τη μεταλλική βάση (πίρος) στήριξης των λεπίδων. Η ρωγμή αυτή σταδιακά επεκτεινόταν μέχρι, που έφθασε στις άκρες του κάδου, χωρίς όμως να παρατηρούνται διαρροές καθώς ήταν εσωτερική ρωγμή - δεν γινόταν αντιληπτή με την αφή, ξεκινούσε μέσα από το τοίχωμα του πλαστικού. Εννοείται ότι η συγκεκριμένη ρωγμή δεν οφειλόταν ούτε σε κακή χρήση ούτε σε υπερβολική χρήση, αφού ούτε υπερβολική δύναμη ασκήθηκε ούτε χρησιμοποιήθηκε καθημερινά αλλά μόνο στις διακοπές και τον υπόλοιπο χρόνο ήταν απλά αποθηκευμένο. Είχα τη φαεινή ιδέα να αγοράσω και επέκταση της εγγύησης στα τρία χρόνια (με δυνατότητα ως και 3 αντικαταστάσεων της συσκευής) για να έχω το κεφάλι μου ήσυχο. Πριν από λίγες ημέρες και προ της παρόδου διετίας αποφάσισα να το πάω στο τοπικό κατάστημα, όπου έκανα την αγορά, για να προβεί σε αντικατάσταση. Εκεί, μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία του αρμόδιου τεχνικού τόσο με το service της Izzy όσο και με τον υπεύθυνο για την επέκταση της εγγύησης, μαθαίνω ότι το συγκεκριμένο ράγισμα δεν καλύπτεται σε καμιά περίπτωση από καμία εγγύηση καθώς θεωρείται ότι έγινε με υπαιτιότητα του πελάτη και μόνο. Γενικά δεν αναγνώριζε κανένα service την παραμικρή πιθανότητα σχεδιαστικού λάθους ή ελαττώματος της συσκευής, εφόσον πρόκειται για ράγισμα, αν και στο ίντερνετ υπάρχουν πολλές αξιολογήσεις, που αναφέρουν το συγκεκριμένο πρόβλημα. Μοναδική λύση, που μου πρότειναν ήταν να αγοράσω καινούριο κάδο έναντι 13 ευρώ. Στην ερώτησή μου πώς είναι δυνατόν να αποδείξω ότι η ρωγμή δεν προκλήθηκε λόγω κακής χρήσης και με ποιόν τρόπο θα μπορούσα να έχω προκαλέσει τη συγκεκριμένη ρωγμή, που ξεκινά από το κέντρο του κάδου, το μόνο που μου είπε είναι ότι τόσο το service του πωλητή όσο και η Izzy θεωρούν ότι όλα τα σπασίματα/ ραγίσματα γίνονται από υπαιτιότητα του πελάτη. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ: Η εγγύηση της εταιρίας και η επέκταση εγγύησης των καταστημάτων καλύπτουν ουσιαστικά μόνο το μοτέρ... Δηλαδή δεν καλύπτεται με εγγύηση ένα τμήμα της συσκευής, που αντιστοιχεί στο 50% της αξίας της και υφίσταται συνεχή καταπόνηση από τη χρήση των λεπίδων (τριβές και κραδασμούς) χωρίς να είναι ενισχυμένο.
Και όλα αυτά για ένα πολυκόπτη, που έκανε 26 ευρώ, μια επέκταση εγγύησης, που στοίχισε 10 ευρώ, και ένα πλαστικό κάδο, που μαζί με φπα και μεταφορικά κόστιζε 13 ευρώ.
Συνοψίζοντας, η συσκευή δεν είχε κανένα θέμα στη λειτουργία της, εάν όμως αχρηστεύεται τόσο εύκολα ο κάδος της, χωρίς να σε καλύπτει η εγγύηση του κατασκευαστή, και πρέπει να δώσεις τα μισά λεφτά ξανά για να αγοράσεις καινούριο κάδο, τότε ουσιαστικά δεν αξίζει να την αγοράσεις. Κακή ποιότητα κατασκευής και ακόμα χειρότερη αντιμετώπιση τόσο από την αντιπροσωπεία, ειδικά από τη στιγμή, που είναι γνωστό το θέμα των ρωγμών στον κάδο με πολλά αρνητικά σχόλια.

I think it is the King of Multis, size, quality, power, but also the corresponding slightly high price, so if you find it under 25€, grab it without a second thought.

I'm sorry that Izzy is no longer a reliable company for this particular product. After 9 months, the motor lost contact with the part that turns the blades (while it "clicks" in and the motor works, the blades do not turn). I will not choose it again.
Λυπάμαι που πλέον στο συγκεκριμένο προϊόν η Izzy πλέον δεν είναι αξιοπιστη εταιρία. Μετά από 9 μήνες το μοτέρ έχασε επαφή με το κομμάτι που γυρνάει τα μαχαίρια (ενώ "κουμπώνει" και λειτουργεί το μοτέρ, δεν γυρνάνε τα μαχαίρια). Δεν θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω.
Very good blender. It lasted 6-7 years but my dad broke it while making garlic dip. If it struggles to blend, try thinning out what you're mixing a bit so you don't have the same problem.

Excellent. I had an older model of IZZY for many years. It "served its time" and I ordered this one. Incredibly powerful compared to the previous one, very easy to use, perfect size of the bowl (it has about one and a half times the capacity compared to the classic old one). The bowl is made of quality material, cleans perfectly in the dishwasher and has not become cloudy yet. I am very satisfied. Be careful with the blades. They are very sharp. They can even cut fingers!
Εξαιρετικό. Είχα παλαιότερο μοντέλο της IZZY επί πάρα πολλά χρόνια. Τα "έφαγε τα ψωμιά του" και παρήγγειλα αυτό. Απίστευτα δυνατό σε σχέση με το προηγούμενο, πολύ εύκολο στη χρήση, τέλειο το μέγεθος του κάδου (έχει χωρητικότητα περίπου μιάμιση φορά μεγαλύτερη σε σχέση με το κλασσικό παλιό). Ο κάδος είναι από ποιοτικό υλικό, καθαρίζει τέλεια στο πλυντήριο πιάτων και δεν έχει θολώσει ακόμη. Είμαι πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένη. Προσοχή στις λεπίδες. Είναι πάρα πολύ κοφτερές. Κόβουν και δάχτυλα !

Οι λεπίδες του είναι ξυράφια και παραμένουν ξυράφια μετά από 4 5 6 χρόνια που το έχω.
Tips 1 Όταν βάζουμε σκληρά τρόφιμα δεν μπουκωνουμε τον κάδο. Λίγα λίγα μέσα και ξεκινάμε με την μικρή ταχύτητα.
Πάντα βοηθάμε το μοτέρ να ανασαίνει δηλαδή δεν το πάμε με φουλ τα ταχύτητα συνέχεια.
2 Οι λεπίδες είναι χαμηλά τοποθετημένες στον κάδο του και το άλεσμα είναι ομοιόμορφο.
3 Προσοχή στον κάδο μπορεί να ραγίσει. Δεν θυμάμαι πόσο καιρό είναι ραγισμένο χωρίς να έχω διαρροή.
Πριν λίγες ημέρες άρχισε να μυρίζει το μοτέρ..... πάει για κάψιμο.
Έκανα παραγγελία το ίδιο και θα κρατήσω τα αναλώσιμα του για ανταλλακτικά.
Με λίγα λόγια αξίζει πραγματικά για τα λεφτά του.
Τονίζω πάλι φερθείτε με προσοχή ( λίγες στροφές)στο μοτέρ του στο ξεκίνημα του αλέσματος και θα το έχετε για χρόνια
The first one I bought, within 5 minutes it smelled burnt without heavy use because it was clear it wasn't meant for heavy-duty until the next minute the blades stopped turning while the motor was working normally. It was returned and replaced without any problem.
The second one, having the fear from the first, was slightly strained but after three or four uses, it emitted sparks inside due to electricity either from the motor or from the switch. It was clear that something was wrong even though it was working normally. I took it back and they replaced it immediately.
The third one works normally, without me straining it too much. Generally, during the return of the second one, they offered me my money back but I accepted to exchange it one more time.
The blades cut amazingly, but the locking of the blades together is problematic and requires caution because you can cut yourself with the slightest touch.
Another negative is that the unfastening of the lid is in the same direction as the rotation of the blades so as they spin, they push the lid to open and you have to hold it against, which is unacceptable.
In general, I wouldn't recommend it, I would go for something more quality.
Το πρώτο που αγόρασα, στο 5λεπτο μύρισε καμμένο χωρίς έντονη χρήση γιατί ακουγόταν ότι δεν είναι για πολλά ζόρια μέχρι που στο επόμενο λεπτό σταμάτησαν και να γυρίζουν οι λεπίδες ενώ το μοτέρ δούλευε κανονικά. Επεστράφη και αντικαταστάθηκε χωρίς πρόβλημα.
Το δεύτερο, έχοντας και τον φόβο από το πρώτο, ζοριστηκε ελάχιστα αλλά μετά από τρεις τέσσερις χρήσεις, εξέπεμπε λάμψεις στο εσωτερικό του λόγω ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος είτε από το μοτέρ είτε από τον διακόπτη. Φαινόταν ότι κάτι δεν πήγαινε καλά αν και δούλευε κανονικά. Το πήγα πίσω και μου το αντικατέστησαν άμεσα.
Το τρίτο δουλεύει κανονικά, χωρίς να το ζορίζω ιδιαίτερα. Γενικά, στην επιστροφή του δεύτερου, μου πρότειναν να πάρω τα λεφτά μου πίσω αλλά δέχτηκα να το αλλάξω άλλη μία φορά.
Οι λεπίδες κόβουν φοβερά, το κούμπωμα όμως των λεπίδων μεταξύ τους είναι προβληματικό και θέλει προσοχή γιατί κόβεσαι με το παραμικρό.
Άλλο ένα αρνητικό είναι ότι το ξεκούμπωμα του καπακιού είναι στην ίδια φορά με την φορά της περιστροφής των λεπίδων οπότε όπως αυτές γυρίζουν, ωθούν το καπάκι να ανοίξει και πρέπει να το κρατάς κόντρα, πράγμα ανεπίτρεπτο.
Σε γενικές γραμμές, δεν θα το πρότεινα, θα πήγαινα σε κάτι πιο ποιοτικό.

Την αγόρασα από μεγάλο πολυκατάστημα, και είναι δικό μου το λάθος, και ενώ εξήγησα στον υπάλληλο ότι θέλω να αλεθω το φαγητό του βρεφους, εκείνος μού σύστησε το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν, το οποίο ομως δεν είναι γι' αυτή τη χρήση!!! Βασικά για καμιά χρήση δεν κάνει, αφου ούτε βρασμένη γλυκοπατατα δεν αλέθει!!
Η αντιπροσωπεία αν το εγκρίνει, που πολυ αμφιβάλλω, θα μου επιτρέψει αντικατάσταση είπαν στο τεχνικό τμήμα!!!
Μακριά!!! Καλύτερα να πληρωσετε κατι παραπανω, σίγουρα όμως θα αξίζει τα λεφτά του!!
I use it for smoothies and sauces. Perfect, it cuts like a razor. I have never put it to cut anything harder than fruits and vegetables and it is still like new

Very powerful mixer, does its job excellently. The only downside is that I would prefer the bowl to be glass as the plastic one has developed a crack under the metal that holds the blades.

It has a powerful motor and does not jam/block. We even use it for smoothies with ice cubes and it crushes the ice cubes easily without jamming. Filling it up to half of the container, a few drops spill out during operation. The biggest negative is cleaning the blades. We have cut ourselves several times trying to clean the blades, as we disassemble them. For the money it costs, it is a good purchase.
Έχει δυνατό μοτέρ και δεν κολλάει/μπλοκάρει. Το χρησιμοποιούμε ακόμη και για smoothies με παγάκια και θρυμματίζει τα παγάκια άνετα χωρίς να κολλάει. Γεμίζοντας το μέχρι τα μισά του κάδου, χύνονται λίγες σταγόνες απέξω κατά τη λειτουργία. Το μεγαλύτερο αρνητικό είναι το καθάρισμα των λεπίδων. Έχουμε κοπεί αρκετές φορές προσπαθώντας να καθαρίσουμε τις λεπίδες, καθώς τις απο-συναρμολογούμε. Για τα χρήματα που κοστίζει είναι μια καλή αγορά.

I had the previous model, I like this one more because it has a triple blade, a larger bowl, and a non-slip bottom, so it doesn't move when operating. I mainly use it for chopping/pureeing fruits, vegetables, and nuts. I haven't used it for crushing ice, so I have no opinion on that.
Είχα το προηγούμενο μοντέλο, αυτό μου αρέσει περισσότερο γιατί έχει τριπλό μαχαίρι, μεγαλύτερο κάδο και αντιολισθητικό κάτω μέρος, έτσι ώστε να μην μετακινείται όταν λειτουργεί. Το χρησιμοποιώ κυρίως για κόψιμο/πολτοποίηση φρούτων, λαχανικών και ξηρών καρπών.Δεν το έχω χρησιμοποιήσει για θρυμμάτισμα πάγου, οπότε δεν έχω άποψη.
Overall, I was quite satisfied until unfortunately the bowl cracked at the base after less than half a year of occasional use. At first, I thought it was just a seam in the plastic, but it started to get bigger and now I'm just waiting for it to break... Also, the way the blades attach is a bit strange and requires attention.
Γενικά ήμουν αρκετά ευχαριστημένη μέχρι που δυστυχώς ράγισε ο κάδος στη βάση με ούτε μισό χρόνο αραιής χρήσης. Στην αρχή νόμιζα ότι ήταν ραφή του πλαστικό αλλά αρχισε να μεγαλωνει και τώρα απλα περιμένω να χαλάσει...Επίσης είναι λίγο περίεργος ο τρόπος που κουμπώνουν οι λεπίδες και θέλει προσοχή.
