    We have it in military service, it took action and it performs very well, we destroy documents. We put a stack of 12 pages and it cuts them into thin strips ~3.8mm.

    I have it for about a month, it cuts everything, even thick paper from boxes, of course I don't constantly strain it with those, it cuts 16+ pages effortlessly, never jams and I even put crumpled and torn papers in it. The only negative - if it is for some people - is that it cuts into 7.5mm strips. Excellent product.
