    Placed on X5670 OC at 4.35ghz 24/7 use in gaming, browsing, etc., I have never seen temperatures above 80-83 degrees in stress tests, and it operates quietly with a room temperature of 30+. I highly recommend it for any setup as long as it fits in the case, as it is a bit bulky!
