The Boss VE-2 Harmonist vocal effects pedal creates harmonies in real time and applies effects to the voice. The harmonies follow chords from a connected guitar, a manually selected key, or a combination of the two. Hybrid mode is useful when the guitar part switches between rhythm playing and soloing. The XLR input supports condenser microphones with phantom power, even when the pedal is running on batteries.
It includes 24 types of vocal harmony effects, with additional variations for fuller harmonies, as well as reverb and delay effects that can be adjusted with a single knob. Enhance mode controls vocal dynamics and applies subtle pitch correction. The USB connection allows you to record and process audio on a computer, while three memories store your favorite settings.
