The precious poetic language of Eleni Arveler served as the main raw material for the creation of the album "Silent History," released by Ogdoo Music Group. Ten poems from the rich personal collection of the internationally recognized academic were set to music by Nikos Platanos and brought to life through the interpretations of George Dalaras.
The mastermind behind this recording project was Memo Spyrou, who had the idea to present the set-to-music poetry of Eleni Arveler as part of a concert held at the Megaron Concert Hall in Athens.
The audio document of this special musical evening is captured in the album "Silent History," the release of which coincides with one of the most critical periods in modern Greek history.
