Unfortunate, it does not do what it claims. It's a shame for the money I bought it, and it requires many repetitions to get the job done. I wonder why it takes so long

Hello! I have had this model for over 4 years, including during my military service where I used it daily. For those of you who say it causes irritation and needs multiple passes to shave, you probably have been using the head longer than you should have. Just think that after so many years, I had not changed the head because it shaved without any issues. In the last few months, it started to give me trouble and not shave as well, but recently I learned that there is a replacement head and I immediately purchased it! Shaving became a pleasure again with the machine performing exactly as when I first bought it in 2020! I give it 4/5 stars because the price of the replacement head keeps going up instead of going down over time. However, it is worth every euro. I highly recommend it!

I have had this machine in my hands for 1 year and I have to say that it is mediocre. It shaves deeply but causes many irritations. It also requires many passes and leaves some areas unshaved in the end. Overall, I do not recommend it. It also has an expensive replacement part that is difficult to find. The only positive thing is that it charges quickly. In the end, I shave with a razor for better and faster results. Also, if you haven't shaved for 3 days, it does not shave you and it hurts!

After almost a year of almost daily use, I am satisfied with the only complaint being that I need multiple repetitions to achieve a close shave. It is my first deep shaving machine. Good build quality and durable.

I was not satisfied at all. Besides not shaving and not doing what you expect from a razor, after countless repetitions it leaves my skin fully irritated. Unfortunately, after the first use, I realized what was going on and I went on Amazon and saw the negative ratings, and then I understood. It's a shame I didn't realize it earlier. So, I would not recommend it. The additional attachments (extra purchase) for trimming save the situation. I sent a message to Braun's Facebook page, who referred me to the Sarafidis Group. I never received a response to the email I sent, so that's another reason why I wouldn't recommend the machine or the service of the dealership.

Quality is excellent.
But:
After 5-6 months at most, you have to change its replacement and not after a year as stated in the instructions. Otherwise, you will remain unshaven. Moreover, its replacement is neither easily found nor cheap. In the end, you cannot escape the traditional way of shaving.

Simply perfect construction quality & everything.
If you get the bt 32 attachment, it turns into a hair clipper & becomes even more perfect.

It has 3 shaving heads, which did an excellent job/deep shave in half a week's worth of beard with only 2 passes. I have very sensitive skin and it causes irritation on my neck, but much less compared to regular razors, although this may depend on each person's skin.

On the back of the machine, it also has a second smaller single-head shaver for touch-ups. It is fully waterproof, so don't be afraid to use it on a wet face or even with shaving foam.

As for its battery, it is probably the best I have seen in a shaver. With a 45-minute charge, it lasts for 1 week. For its price, it is perfect for everyday or 2-3 days shaving with minimal effort. I would highly recommend it.

Very good machine. It shaves deeply without irritations and without many repetitions even on 3+ days' beard. It is a quality construction and will probably withstand time. It has a firm grip and its battery lasts for over a week with daily shavings. I highly recommend it.

The electric shaver is very good, exactly as described! Perfect shaving both with dry and wet use without irritations! Very easy and quick to clean, the battery is strong and lasts for many days! It is definitely worth the money!
