Usage
1 vial before breakfast.
- Remove the metal cover of the vial by pulling the tab on the side.
- Press the red plunger to pierce the bottom of the cap and release the powder into the solution.
- Shake the vial well.
- Remove the cap, drink it directly or pour the solution into a glass with a little water.
