The Granito series by Risoli is made of 6mm thick cast aluminum with a unique Granite coating, which is reinforced with mineral particles. The Granite coating ensures excellent durability combined with the properties of cast aluminum, facilitating healthy cooking without fat at low or medium temperatures while preserving the nutritional values of the food.

Care and usage instructions:

  • Before using the cookware, wash it with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge.
  • Thoroughly dry and then coat with butter or oil.
  • Do not heat the cookware while empty and do not leave it on the fire when evaporated or empty.
  • Cast aluminum is a very good heat conductor, and continuous overheating could damage the coating.
  • Cook on low or medium heat.
  • For longer lifespan of the cookware, allow it to cool down after use.
