The plates do not fit well and have a gap between them, resulting in it not working properly. You have to place the hair in a specific spot for it to straighten, and even then, it takes 2-3 passes. As for curls, I won't even discuss it! Waste of money!

The straightener is OK for its price, but after using it for about 2 years, I want to replace it with a better one. The plates do not fit well together, resulting in the curls not forming properly. Also, it gets excessively hot on the outside, making it impossible to hold it closed with the other hand to twist it. I always use it with gloves because otherwise I get burned, but this is not effective. Finally, it does not glide well, it gets stuck in the middle of the curl, it requires force and special handling.

Everything is fine with the product, it just seemed slightly used to me, it was probably a display item…sloppy packaging, the accessories were not nicely arranged but it works properly and it is a perfect press.

Very good for its price, immediate results in straightening, I haven't tried the curls it's supposed to make but for straightening it's very good, easy and quick to use

Good in performance and quality but extremely annoying the cable, you twist to make a curl and it does a pirouette along with the cable.

One of the best purchases I have made, it heats up very quickly, in less than a minute it is ready for use and very convenient.

very good result on straightening, even at 160 which I use it.. the problem is that, even at 160, it heats up so much that you can only hold it from the very bottom

Personally, I bought it to create curls and it is a successful purchase. It is lightweight, and at 190 degrees it creates very nice curls that last, does not damage the hair, and heats up quickly. The 4 stars in the rating are because as a straightener, I would not prefer it. For quick and long-lasting curls, it is excellent.

Fast straightening that lasts for days.. Generally, my hair tends to not hold hairstyles even from the salon.. This straightener has saved me. As for curls, it is ideal for a light wavy look that also lasts (definitely needs a light hairspray) and even the next day it looks even more beautiful
