It indeed helps with energy (a little) and clarity (more). It is a mild laxative - personally, this has helped me. It has a slightly unpleasant smell, but I don't notice it when mixing with matcha. In hot water, it "muddies" and requires regular stirring if you want to drink it like tea - this didn't particularly bother me either.

However, I give it three stars because in the third week of taking it, I got sick with a cold that lasted a week during a period without outbreaks and without another sick person around me. Ultimately, the cold that exhausted me passed with the supplementary help of effervescent C and D3 (nothing extraordinary, really). I believe that especially for its price and for the many benefits it claims, it should do more.

Update: I’m adding a star, as it seems to have helped my immune system more than I thought: There is indeed a flu outbreak, and I was simply one of the first to catch it. I’m learning that others have needed antibiotics (outside of high-risk groups). Therefore, it indeed helps. However, I would like the price not to exceed €1 per dose.
