Description

Katerina Gogou (1940-1993), apart from her significant career in theater and cinema, also carved an important path in modern Greek poetry, managing to convey the anxieties of her personal journey in art and life to the collective level.

Her profound political stance, anarchistic disposition, marginal awareness, and social concerns permeate her entire poetic production, which started in 1978 and was completed in 2002, with the posthumous edition of They Call Me Odyssey.

In the volume Now Let's See What You Will Do, the entirety of her work is collected: the collections Three Clicks to the Left, Indictment, The Wooden Coat, Absentees, The Month of Frozen Grapes, and Nostos, which were published before 1993, as well as the later They Call Me Odyssey, which included unpublished poems, typed or handwritten notes with diary intentions, some beginnings of stories, and three variations of her own scripts.

A book that appeals to both lovers of Katerina Gogou's poetry and uninitiated readers who wish to gain a comprehensive view of her significant work.
