Description

Description

As has always been customary, the agricultural year for all crops, whether annual or perennial, begins in the autumn; we believe the same should apply to vineyards.

The vineyard, although it is not an annual plant, still follows the same rule: its agricultural year starts after the harvest of the final product, that is, the grapes from the previous year, and ends with the harvest of the grapes of the new year.

Finally, we think that for the vineyard, there is one additional reason to begin and end its cultivation year this way: immediately after the harvest, it has immediate needs and requires our first care, in order to recover from the literally exhausting effort it put in to mature its beautiful fruits, the grapes.

Thus, we begin the cultivation year of the vineyard from September of each year. This will help us understand and better meet its needs, which will ultimately benefit us. Our goal is always the best quality.
