It increases the D index much faster than D in pill form. It is easy to use as it can be taken at any time of the day, with or without food.

It gave me itching and numbness on my lips. It contains xylitol, acacia gum, sunflower lecithin, peppermint oil. I stopped it for a week and the itching went away. As soon as I started it again, within 3 days the same symptoms appeared. Xylitol really does cause swelling and itching on the lips after searching on google.

I got canker sores and I also don't like that it contains xylitol as a sweetener. Use stevia and check what causes the canker sores.

If you want vitamin D, there is no other product! I saw a big difference! One spray under the tongue every morning and you will see immediate results! I wish they would also make magnesium the same way that the body absorbs directly and does not go to the stomach and intestines which create various issues...

I did not measure the vitamin D in my blood to know its effectiveness, but it seems like it did the job. The sprayer is problematic and dispenses a reduced dose because as the day goes by, the next dose that had accumulated in the tube for the next spray starts to empty, resulting in less being given. The easy solution is to store it upside down, just be careful not to leave it like that for several days because the liquid will turn into crust and clog the spray head.
