    There is no better eyeliner! Even the most inexperienced person can easily create a cateye. It doesn't drip and dries quickly without smudges. I had bought another well-known brand with triple the price that had two sides, thin and thick, but it took a long time to dry and smudged, so I switched back to this one. Also, it hasn't caused any allergies and I have been using it for over 10 years.
