I think it works but only in mild cases like hoarseness accompanied by a slight sore throat; for more difficult situations I don't think it will be effective. I liked its taste but I didn't like the spray system at all, as all the liquid ended up on my tongue and not further in. Finally, I find its price at pharmacies somewhat expensive for a natural remedy.
