Description

But GOLD has the stories that shine. The stories that reign without speaking. Gold has treasures and dreams, it has its own places and countries and cities. It has plans and struggles - because everyone wants it: both gods and demons. It has armies and fleets at its command. It has kings and queens on earth, saints in the heavens. It has the dazzling wisdom, the illustrated images, and the painted books. And it is beautiful in both great ways of Beauty: openly, obviously, and secretly, completely secretly.

First of all the golden stories: the story not of a person, but of a city! Because cities have what we humans have too: a name, life and death, friends, faces, moods, sorrows… Each with its own beauties, its own difficulties, its own sky. There are eternal cities. Cities of God and cities of gods (tame and wild). Rich cities and others with no luck under the sun, their houses just shacks. Underground cities (wonderful) and sunken cities – some of which you see from the foam, others you can only imagine. Cities of the sun, of the rain, of the mist. There are even invisible cities, and their stories are wonderful. We know closed cities and open cities, unfortified cities and castle-cities… Finally, there are wooden cities, stone cities, iron cities, and golden cities.

He mentioned some historical events but used very colloquial language (e.g. ... had a tower, had fields, had their own way in the end + ... took to the streets to make a living) and repeatedly referred to the word "demon" to characterize the enemies from their cunningness to their beauty, so it didn't appeal to me.
