I bought them at 500 mah (the manufacturer had 450 mah) for an old dual cordless phone device over 10 years old... very good, the phones are like new now (the old ones needed frequent charging)...
One tip, if you want them for phone devices, don't get more mah capacity than the original ones because it will strain the charger and eventually damage it (I had this happen with another device, in the summer with the heat it was trying for hours to charge 1000 mah, so the power supply was burning all day trying to charge such a large capacity until it couldn't handle it anymore)

ενα tip, αν τις θελετε για τηλεφωνικες συσκευες μην παρετε παραπανω mah χωριτικοτητα απο τις μαμα γιατι θα κουραζει τον φορτιστή και καποια στιγμη θα του κανει ζημιά (την ειχα παθει με άλλη συσκευη, καλοκαιρι με την πολυ ζεστη προσπαθουσε για παραπανω ωρες να γεμισει 1000 mah, ετσι το τροφοδοτικο εκαιγε ολη μερα για να φορτισει τοση μεγαλη χωρικοτητα μεχρι που δεν αντεξε)
