Having terrible sleep issues and a huge sensitivity to sounds, I have tried all the earplugs on the market, cushions, wax, and silicone. Med Europe was until recently the best I had, with the only problem being that sometimes it would break, and I had to go to an ENT to have it removed (very rarely). Then I found these Pic (pink silicone):
• They don't leave greasiness
• They don't smell
• They don't get dirty quickly
• They fit wonderfully, and you can cut them to any size you want
• They don't come out of the ear while sleeping
• They have never broken for me
• I can hardly hear anything while wearing them
• They haven't hurt me except when I tried to put in a larger piece
• If hairs get caught, they come out relatively easily

For me, they are the best earplugs available

Classic earplugs, for those who don't know how to put them on, make them like a cone that we put on the roads to let the air out when the ear is closed

I have been using earplugs for years, specifically silicone ones. I have had several brands in my possession. I am very satisfied with them. They have a very good price and the right size. They don't hurt when they are big, they don't seal the ear properly, and sound passes through. I used to cut the others smaller. Don't listen to foolish advice

They are very small and very hard. Especially the size, I didn't expect it at all. You can't put them on safely because there's nothing left to pull afterwards. They are useless to me.
