Description

In multiplayer games, characters from all Nintendo universes meet in Nintendo's local areas to outdo each other. In a solo mode called "The Subspace Emissary," the world of Smash Bros is invaded by an entity known as the Ancient Minister and his army of creatures called "The Primid."

Normally, characters come to life in the world of Smash Bros to fight and then turn into trophies when defeated. However, the Ancient Minister begins turning characters into trophies to exploit their power, and then detonates bombs that suck pieces of the world back into the Subspace realm. Eventually, all characters must cooperate to defeat the creatures invading from Subspace - this is achieved by playing through side-scrolling levels.

This action-packed fighting game features a ridiculous number of characters that have appeared on Nintendo platforms, from Mario to Link to Pikachu to Solid Snake! As they find themselves in famous locations drawn from Nintendo's rich history, literally anything can happen - and usually does.

With unlimited customization options, mind-boggling items and weapons, and a plethora of modes, this game truly has infinite replayability. Super Smash Bros. Brawl features an extensive adventure mode called "The Subspace Emissary" that is a complete game in itself. Players jump and brawl through side-scrolling levels filled with enemies, meet other characters, watch incredible cinemas, and take on massive bosses.

For the first time, this renowned series connects via Wi-Fi, allowing up to four players to brawl, no matter where they are.
