Centella Asiatica

Traditionally used as a medicinal plant in India and China, it is known for its healing and anti-inflammatory properties. Its components (madecassic acid, asiatic acid, asiaticoside, and madecassoside) offer a wide range of biological activities that improve the skin's resilience and elasticity: repair and regeneration, reconstruction of skin tissues, and protection of the skin from cellular damage caused by environmental aggressors. In cosmetology, Centella asiatica extract is used for its ability to stimulate the synthesis of collagen I and III, as well as for its anti-inflammatory properties.

Hyaluronic Acid

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a hygroscopic molecule capable of holding up to 1000 times its weight in water, making it a top moisturizing agent for the skin and hair. When this large molecule, consisting of D-glucuronic acid and D-N-acetylglucosamine units, is applied directly to the skin, it contributes to effective protection against dehydration.
