Now I don't know, I see positive reviews for the other one and I had gone to FitnessLab in Alexandroupoli and bought it, I was 13 then and I didn't know and asked about some things and chose the chocolate because I had a bad relationship with vanilla flavored protein because I had bought one from lidl and it made me nauseous with that flavor. This flavor is not chocolate in this specific protein, it was VERY sweet, but not in a good way, VERY sweet if you understand what I mean. Now I don't know, maybe it's good and only mine is like that. (Also, I didn't try the protein in such packaging, I tried it in a huge plastic container like those with 2 kilograms, 3 kilograms, etc.)

Αυτή η γεύση δεν είναι σοκολάτα στην συγκεκριμένη πρωτεΐνη, ήταν ΠΟΛΥ γλυκιά, αλλά όχι προς το ωραίο προς το κακό ΠΟΛΥ γλυκό αν καταλαβαίνετε τι θέλω να πω. I remember getting 5 kilograms for 105 euros. From 105, we went to 120, then to 130, and now to 150, all within a year. The protein is quite good with a nice taste and solubility, but the prices have gotten out of hand, so personally, I prefer whichever whey I find on sale.

This review is based on a two-month experience.
Coming from the equivalent of ON, I was much more satisfied.
The chocolate flavor of SN is simply amazing. With ON, I couldn't taste the chocolate, or at least to a very small extent. In this specific one, the taste is just right. Not too sweet to make you nauseous, like others, but also not an absent chocolate flavor. I haven't tried any other flavor to give an opinion, but chocolate sits perfectly with my taste buds, so I don't think I'll change it.
Also, it doesn't bloat my stomach, it's very light and digestible.
Regarding solubility, out of all the proteins I've used, including SN, I've never been satisfied. I'm not saying you'll be swallowing clumps of protein, but even after intense and prolonged shaking in the shaker, it still hasn't completely dissolved. Personally, it doesn't bother me. It should be noted that I mix it with milk, not water.
I consider it pointless to mention its effectiveness, as any supplement, especially protein, is not taken to perform miracles. You buy it to cover the smallest part of an already balanced and proper diet that you're supposed to follow. If the proper diet is not present in your daily life, no protein will give you what you're seeking. And of course, as proper as your diet should be, so should your exercise routine.
A scoop is included, nice packaging, and the price is expected.

Η αξιολογηση αυτη γινεται με βαση την εμπειρια δυο μηνων.
Ερχομενος απο την αντιστοιχη της ΟΝ, εμεινα αρκετα πιο ικανοποιημενος.
Η γευση σοκολατα της SN ειναι απλα καταπληκτικη. Στην ΟΝ δεν καταλαβαινα σοκολατα, ή τουλαχιστον σε πολυ μικρο βαθμο. Στη συγκεκριμενη, η γευση της ειναι η καταλληλη. Ουτε πολυ γλυκια ωστε να σε αηδιαζει, οπως αλλες, αλλα ουτε και ανυπαρκτη η σοκολατα. Δεν εχω δοκιμασει καποια αλλη γευση για να εκφερω αποψη, ωστοσο η σοκολατα καθεται αριστα στα γουστα μου, επομενως δε νομιζω να την αλλαξω.
Επισης, δεν μου φουσκωνει το στομαχι, ειναι πολυ ελαφρια και ευπεπτη.
Στο θεμα διαλυτοτητας, απ' οσες πρωτεινες εχω χρησιμοποιησει, μαζι και η SN, ποτε δεν εμεινα ευχαριστημενος. Σε καμια περιπτωση δεν λεω οτι θα καταπινεις μαζες πρωτεινης, αλλα ακομα και μετα απο εντονο και διαρκειας κουνημα στο shaker, εξακολουθει να μην εχει διαλυθει τελειως. Προσωπικα δεν με ενοχλει. Να σημειωθει οτι τη συνδυαζω με γαλα, οχι νερο.
Θεωρω ανουσιο να αναφερω την αποδοτικοτητα της, καθως οποιοδηποτε συμπληρωμα, ειδικα την πρωτεινη, δεν την παιρνεις για να κανει θαυματα. Την αγοραζεις για να καλυπτεις το μικροτερο παντα μερος μιας ηδη ισορροπημενης και σωστης διατροφης, που υποτιθεται πρεπει να ακολουθεις. Εαν δεν υπαρχει η καταλληλη διατροφη στην καθημερινοτητα σου, καμια πρωτεινη δεν θα σου δωσει αυτο που αποζητας. Και φυσικα οσο σωστη πρεπει να ειναι η διατροφη σου, αλλο τοσο και η γυμναστικη σου.
Σκουπ περιλαμβανεται, ομορφη συσκευασια, και η τιμη της αναμενομενη.
Καλη απολαυση!
Well, coming from ON Whey, I can say that this protein is more digestible. While with ON I had a little bloating for a while after drinking it, with the scitec protein I have absolutely no discomfort.
The only downside is the flavor I chose: Choco-Hazelnut.
Unfortunately, I trusted the rave reviews on Scroutz and ordered 5 kilograms straight away... I can't drink it at all. Where I managed to not finish the ON in a month, I don't want to put the scitec in my mouth.
Obviously, it's subjective, but at the same time, to have comments like "Unbelievable, amazing taste..." and at the same time, I can't drink it (I'm really easy with flavors. There is no food I won't eat...), it bothers me so I have to write it.
To conclude, either I got a batch where the flavor got away from them, or I should have gotten a 1-kilogram one before ending up with a large quantity. I recommend the latter to you as well.
Λοιπον, ερχομενος απο ON Whey, μπορω να πω οτι αυτή η πρωτείνη ειναι πιο εύπεπτη. Ενώ με την ON ειχα ενα μικρό φουσκωματακι για λίγη ώρα αφού την έπινα, με την πρωτεινη της scitec δεν εχω απολύτως καμία ενόχληση.
Το κακο ειναι όμως η γεύση που διάλεξα: Choco-Hazelnut.
Δυστυχως εμπιστεύτηκα τα διθυραμβικά σχόλια στο Σκρουτζ και παρήγγειλα κατευθείαν τα 5 κιλα... Δεν μπορω να την πιω με τπτ. Εκεί που κρατιόμουν να μην τελειώσω την ON σε εναν μήνα, της scitec δεν θελω να την βαλω στο στομα μου.
Προφανως ειναι υποκειμενικο, αλλα ταυτόχρονα να υπάρχουν σχολια του τύπου "Απιστευτη, καταπληκτικη γευση..." και την ίδια στιγμή να μην μπορω να την πιω (ειμαι πραγματικα ευκολος στις γευσεις. Δεν υπάρχει φαγητο να μην το τρωω...), με ενοχλεί οποτε πρεπει να το γραψω.
Για να καταλήξω. Η μου έτυχε καποια παρτιδα που τους ξέφυγε η γευση, ή επρεπε να παρω του 1 κιλού πριν καταλήξω σε μεγάλη ποσότητα. Το τελευταιο το προτείνω και σε εσας.
From ISO whey years I decided to randomly try the lemon cheesecake and I'm hooked, I want to drink the whole box at once but I can't hehehe.
It's worth it a thousand times, because I have a serious issue with lactose, here they have actually removed it and I don't have the slightest bloating.

Από ISO whey χρόνων είπα να δοκιμάσω τυχαία την lemon cheesecake και έχω κολλήσει, θέλω να πιω το κουτί μονομιάς αλλά δεν με παίρνει χεχεχε.
Αξίζει με χίλια, λόγο του ότι έχω θέμα σοβαρό με την λακτόζη, εδώ όντως την έχουν αφαιρέσει και δεν έχω το παραμικρό φούσκωμα.

The chocolate flavor of SN is simply amazing. With ON, I couldn't taste the chocolate, or at least to a very small extent. In this specific one, the taste is just right. Not too sweet to make you nauseous, like others, but also not an absent chocolate flavor. I haven't tried any other flavor to give an opinion, but chocolate sits perfectly with my taste buds, so I don't think I'll change it.
Also, it doesn't bloat my stomach, it's very light and digestible.
Regarding solubility, out of all the proteins I've used, including SN, I've never been satisfied. I'm not saying you'll be swallowing clumps of protein, but even after intense and prolonged shaking in the shaker, it still hasn't completely dissolved. Personally, it doesn't bother me. It should be noted that I mix it with milk, not water.
I consider it pointless to mention its effectiveness, as any supplement, especially protein, is not taken to perform miracles. You buy it to cover the smallest part of an already balanced and proper diet that you're supposed to follow. If the proper diet is not present in your daily life, no protein will give you what you're seeking. And of course, as proper as your diet should be, so should your exercise routine.

Η αξιολογηση αυτη γινεται με βαση την εμπειρια δυο μηνων.
Ερχομενος απο την αντιστοιχη της ΟΝ, εμεινα αρκετα πιο ικανοποιημενος.
Η γευση σοκολατα της SN ειναι απλα καταπληκτικη. Στην ΟΝ δεν καταλαβαινα σοκολατα, ή τουλαχιστον σε πολυ μικρο βαθμο. Στη συγκεκριμενη, η γευση της ειναι η καταλληλη. Ουτε πολυ γλυκια ωστε να σε αηδιαζει, οπως αλλες, αλλα ουτε και ανυπαρκτη η σοκολατα. Δεν εχω δοκιμασει καποια αλλη γευση για να εκφερω αποψη, ωστοσο η σοκολατα καθεται αριστα στα γουστα μου, επομενως δε νομιζω να την αλλαξω.
Επισης, δεν μου φουσκωνει το στομαχι, ειναι πολυ ελαφρια και ευπεπτη.
Στο θεμα διαλυτοτητας, απ' οσες πρωτεινες εχω χρησιμοποιησει, μαζι και η SN, ποτε δεν εμεινα ευχαριστημενος. Σε καμια περιπτωση δεν λεω οτι θα καταπινεις μαζες πρωτεινης, αλλα ακομα και μετα απο εντονο και διαρκειας κουνημα στο shaker, εξακολουθει να μην εχει διαλυθει τελειως. Προσωπικα δεν με ενοχλει. Να σημειωθει οτι τη συνδυαζω με γαλα, οχι νερο.
Θεωρω ανουσιο να αναφερω την αποδοτικοτητα της, καθως οποιοδηποτε συμπληρωμα, ειδικα την πρωτεινη, δεν την παιρνεις για να κανει θαυματα. Την αγοραζεις για να καλυπτεις το μικροτερο παντα μερος μιας ηδη ισορροπημενης και σωστης διατροφης, που υποτιθεται πρεπει να ακολουθεις. Εαν δεν υπαρχει η καταλληλη διατροφη στην καθημερινοτητα σου, καμια πρωτεινη δεν θα σου δωσει αυτο που αποζητας. Και φυσικα οσο σωστη πρεπει να ειναι η διατροφη σου, αλλο τοσο και η γυμναστικη σου.
Σκουπ περιλαμβανεται, ομορφη συσκευασια, και η τιμη της αναμενομενη.
Καλη απολαυση!
Well, coming from ON Whey, I can say that this protein is more digestible. While with ON I had a little bloating for a while after drinking it, with the scitec protein I have absolutely no discomfort.
The only downside is the flavor I chose: Choco-Hazelnut.
Unfortunately, I trusted the rave reviews on Scroutz and ordered 5 kilograms straight away... I can't drink it at all. Where I managed to not finish the ON in a month, I don't want to put the scitec in my mouth.
Obviously, it's subjective, but at the same time, to have comments like "Unbelievable, amazing taste..." and at the same time, I can't drink it (I'm really easy with flavors. There is no food I won't eat...), it bothers me so I have to write it.
To conclude, either I got a batch where the flavor got away from them, or I should have gotten a 1-kilogram one before ending up with a large quantity. I recommend the latter to you as well.
Λοιπον, ερχομενος απο ON Whey, μπορω να πω οτι αυτή η πρωτείνη ειναι πιο εύπεπτη. Ενώ με την ON ειχα ενα μικρό φουσκωματακι για λίγη ώρα αφού την έπινα, με την πρωτεινη της scitec δεν εχω απολύτως καμία ενόχληση.
Το κακο ειναι όμως η γεύση που διάλεξα: Choco-Hazelnut.
Δυστυχως εμπιστεύτηκα τα διθυραμβικά σχόλια στο Σκρουτζ και παρήγγειλα κατευθείαν τα 5 κιλα... Δεν μπορω να την πιω με τπτ. Εκεί που κρατιόμουν να μην τελειώσω την ON σε εναν μήνα, της scitec δεν θελω να την βαλω στο στομα μου.
Προφανως ειναι υποκειμενικο, αλλα ταυτόχρονα να υπάρχουν σχολια του τύπου "Απιστευτη, καταπληκτικη γευση..." και την ίδια στιγμή να μην μπορω να την πιω (ειμαι πραγματικα ευκολος στις γευσεις. Δεν υπάρχει φαγητο να μην το τρωω...), με ενοχλεί οποτε πρεπει να το γραψω.
Για να καταλήξω. Η μου έτυχε καποια παρτιδα που τους ξέφυγε η γευση, ή επρεπε να παρω του 1 κιλού πριν καταλήξω σε μεγάλη ποσότητα. Το τελευταιο το προτείνω και σε εσας.
From ISO whey years I decided to randomly try the lemon cheesecake and I'm hooked, I want to drink the whole box at once but I can't hehehe.
It's worth it a thousand times, because I have a serious issue with lactose, here they have actually removed it and I don't have the slightest bloating.

Από ISO whey χρόνων είπα να δοκιμάσω τυχαία την lemon cheesecake και έχω κολλήσει, θέλω να πιω το κουτί μονομιάς αλλά δεν με παίρνει χεχεχε.
Αξίζει με χίλια, λόγο του ότι έχω θέμα σοβαρό με την λακτόζη, εδώ όντως την έχουν αφαιρέσει και δεν έχω το παραμικρό φούσκωμα.

The taste of white chocolate strawberry and hazelnut chocolate is incredible!!! It's true that it's not worth the money it costs now, but in the past when I used to buy it for around 55€, it was worth every penny!!
Η γεύση λευκή σοκολάτα φράουλα καθώς και η σοκολάτα φουντούκι είναι απίστευτες!!! Στα λεφτά που έχει πάει τώρα δεν αξίζει είναι αλήθεια αλλά παλιά που την έπαιρνα στα κάπου στα 55€ ήταν πένα!!
I have been using it for years and I had no complaints..

Αρχικα να πουμε οτι εναι γλυκια η γευση της..Εμενα μου αρεσει σε αλλους μπορει να μην τους αρεσει..Για να την πιετε χρησιμοποιηστε ενα ειδικο σεικερ (εγω εχω απ τα x-treme stores) για να διαλυθει καλυτερα..Απο διαλυτοτητα ωστοσο δεν ειναι τοσο καλη οσο της ON που ειχα δοκιμασει,ομως σε γευση ειναι σιγουρα καλυτερη..Αν ειναι πολυ γλυκια για εσας βαλτε λιγο περισσοτερο νερο..Δεν ειχα κανενα συμπτωμα με φουσκωματα κλπ..

Great flavor and dissolution, i use it mainly for baking and it does the job very well. i’d prefer if it had a higher concentration but there’s another line of products that covers that
Okay, all good, the dosage didn't impress me as well as the fact that when mixed it foams a lot. The taste is a bit strange in strawberry, somewhat synthetic but okay, the taste is fine.

Now I don't know, I see positive reviews for the other one and I had gone to FitnessLab in Alexandroupoli and bought it, I was 13 then and I didn't know and asked about some things and chose the chocolate because I had a bad relationship with vanilla flavored protein because I had bought one from lidl and it made me nauseous with that flavor. This flavor is not chocolate in this specific protein, it was VERY sweet, but not in a good way, VERY sweet if you understand what I mean. Now I don't know, maybe it's good and only mine is like that. (Also, I didn't try the protein in such packaging, I tried it in a huge plastic container like those with 2 kilograms, 3 kilograms, etc.)
Τώρα δεν ξέρω, βλέπω θετικές αξιόλογες για την έτερα και εγώ είχα πάει στο FitnessLab στην Αλεξανδρούπολη και την αγόρασα,ειμουν 13 τότε και δεν ήξερα και ρώτησα για μερικά πράγματα και επέλεξα την σοκολάτα επειδή είχα κακή σχέση με την πρωτεΐνη με γεύση βανίλια γτ είχα πάρει απτό lidl μια και μου είχε φέρει εμετό με αυτή την γεύση. Αυτή η γεύση δεν είναι σοκολάτα στην συγκεκριμένη πρωτεΐνη, ήταν ΠΟΛΥ γλυκιά, αλλά όχι προς το ωραίο προς το κακό ΠΟΛΥ γλυκό αν καταλαβαίνετε τι θέλω να πω. Τώρα δεν ξέρω, μπορεί να είναι καλή και μόνο η δικιά μου να είναι έτσι.(επίσης την πρωτεΐνη δεν την πείρα σε τέτοια συσκευασία την πείρα σε ένα τεράστιο πλαστικό κουτί όπως είναι αυτές με 2 κιλά 3 κιλά κτλ.
