    In Honda GTR150, I tried the Motul 7100 10w-30 and they didn't work well... the gearbox was too hard and the engine was noisy.
    My friend recommended the Bel Ray Thumper 10w-40 and how good of an oil it is, so I switched to it from Motul 7100.
    The gearbox is now like a joystick and the engine sound is smooth.
    Unfortunately, it doesn't have viscosity 10w-30 as recommended in the Honda manual, but 10w-40, not that it makes a difference... anyway, the cold start is a 10 in both.
