Here is a case of a mixed hob that is worth someone writing a comment about.. I have had it for about a year and a half, in terms of price it is 100% value for money, it is worth its money, economical and reliable. The electric hobs now, quite good, resistant to all kinds of use and difficult to scratch, but nevertheless, like all ceramic hobs, they require attention. Quite powerful, to the point where you have to somewhat adjust the intensity that suits you, it has from 1 to 6, so you have to find what temperature and intensity works for you. It has two burners, one large and one medium, convenient but also inconvenient, because there is no small hob to put a coffee pot for example, and also another negative point, to clean it well you have to remove the metal bases of the gas as well as the knobs, to clean everything well. Another negative point is the plastic handles which protrude somewhat and do not fit well in their holes, which of course have rubber seals underneath, for this reason, and it seems that it does the job. As for the gas now, what can one say, natural gas!! Heats up in record time, even boils plain tomato broth, odorless, does not blacken the bottom of the utensils, not even a trace!! Who is likely to blacken them, the ceramic. They clean easily, it has one large and one classic hob, like the ceramic one, with the pros and cons that we mentioned before. Και για την εγκατάσταση, εγώ είμαι αρχάριος, περιμένοντας τον υδραυλικό, κλασικά δεν έρχεται ποτέ ή έρχεται με τάμα, πήρα τις οδηγίες και αφού τις διάβασα ευλαβικά.. εγκατέστησε τις εστίες και τις ηλεκτρικές και του αέριου, για να υπερβάλλω όμως, εγκατάσταση αερίου και τον έλεγχο πριν την λειτουργία την έκανε ο ευκατάστατης ηλεκτρολόγος φυσικά, για να μην κάνουμε και του κεφαλιού μας!! Να και μία περίπτωση μικτής εστίας που αξίζει τον κόπο να γράψει κάποιος ένα σχόλιο.. την έχω περίπου ενάμιση χρόνο, από άποψη τιμής είναι 100% value for money, αξιζει τα λεφτά της, οικονομική και αξιόπιστη. Οι εστίες του ρεύματος τώρα, αρκετά καλές, ανθεκτικές σε κάθε είδους χρήση και δύσκολα χαράσσεται, αλλά όπως και να έχει, όπως όλες οι κεραμικές,θέλουν και την προσοχή τούς. Δυνατές αρκετά, σε σημείο που πρέπει κάπως να ψάξεις την ένταση που θα σε βολεψει, έχει από το 1 έως το έξι, οπότε πρέπει να βρεις τι σου κάνει από θερμοκρασία και ένταση. Έχει δύο μάτια, ένα μεγάλο και ένα μεσαίο, βολικό αλλά και δύσχρηστο, διότι δεν υπάρχει μικρή εστία για να βάλεις μπρίκι π.χ. και επίσης άλλο ένα αρνητικό, για να την καθαρίσεις καλά πρέπει να βγάλεις τις μεταλλικές βάσεις του αερίου καθώς και τα κουμπιά, για να καθαρίσεις καλά τα πάντα. Ένα αρνητικό ακόμη είναι και τα πλαστικά χειριστήρια τα οποία κάπως προεξέχουν και δεν κουμπωνουν καλά στις τρύπες τους, οι οποίες βέβαια έχουν λάστιχο σταγανοποιησεις από κάτω, για τον λόγο αυτό, και φαίνεται ότι κάνει δουλειά. Για το αέριο τώρα, τι να πει κανείς, φυσικό αέριο!! Ζεσταίνει σε χρόνο ρεκόρ, χυλωνει ακόμα και σκέτο ζωμό τομάτας, άοσμο, δεν μαυρίζει από κάτω τα σκεύη, ουτε για πλάκα, που λένε, ούτε ίχνος!! Ποιοι πιθανό είναι να τα μαυρίσει η κεραμική. Καθαρίζουν εύκολα, έχει μια μεγάλη και μια εστία κλασικά όπως και η κεραμική, με τα συν και τα πλην που προαναφέραμε. Και για την εγκατάσταση, εγώ είμαι αρχάριος, περιμένοντας τον υδραυλικό, κλασικά δεν έρχεται ποτέ ή έρχεται με τάμα, πήρα τις οδηγίες και αφού τις διάβασα ευλαβικά.. εγκατέστησε τις εστίες και τις ηλεκτρικές και του αέριου, για να υπερβάλλω όμως, εγκατάσταση αερίου και τον έλεγχο πριν την λειτουργία την έκανε ο ευκατάστατης ηλεκτρολόγος φυσικά, για να μην κάνουμε και του κεφαλιού μας!! Οπότε, ύστερα από αρκετά μαγειρέματα... αγορά με κλειστά μάτια, τίμια, αξιοπρεπείς και με το κεφάλι ψηλά!! Αξίζει!! Υ.Γ. τώρα το μετανιώνω που δεν έβαλα και φούρνο αερίου..
