I bought it mainly to lose some weight for my vacation, combined with intense walking and reducing my food intake.....the result was negative and since I started taking it, I noticed a terrible armpit odor....I didn't change my deodorant at all...I do not recommend it.

It has an incredible taste. With a proper diet, it does exactly what it promises! You will see a dramatic difference!
