This vacuum struggles to suck up crumbs; if there are stuck hairs on the carpet, you have to pull them off by hand first, and don't even get me started on small pebbles... I threw away my precious money and I regret my effort, I suffer while vacuuming bent over without the pole hoping it will pick up better.. It shouldn't be on the market, it's an unacceptable scam... personally, I won't buy a vacuum with a thin cord again (700w) because it simply doesn't do the job for which someone buys it; that's probably the problem, I can't explain otherwise why it struggles to suck up anything.

the worst hoover ever!! from day one it didn't hardly pick up any bits.i thought it was the bags fault!! but no! complete waste of money!! bags are very expensive!!Don't buy it!!

It is very powerful, it has a setting for how much power you want it to output, the cable is quite long, and the button requires a little attention because it pulls very abruptly.. it is incredibly vfm vacuum cleaner, I highly recommend it!!!

We have had the vacuum cleaner since 2019.
Its positives are that:
It is absorbent (even after 5 to 6 years of use)
It is relatively small, so it can be easily stored in corners, etc.
Its bag can hold a large volume of trash, etc.
It has a long cord.
It picks up everything, from dog hair to small pebbles.

Its negatives are:
It is relatively noisy (having a dog, it scares him a little), you definitely can't use it when someone is sleeping.
It is difficult to maneuver; although it is light, it struggles a lot with turns, etc.
The pole, after 5 years of use, does not maintain resistance when going over carpets with significant pressure (I handle it a bit more gently to avoid it shutting off.)

Its usage is 4 times a week for cleaning 90 sq.m for 5 years so far.
The vacuum cleaner is good value for money at €80 on Skroutz in the year 2024.

The vacuum cleaner is very good, quiet with all the small accessories stored, long cable, and suction!!

The worst thing I have ever tried in a vacuum cleaner. Heavy, unwieldy, with a nozzle that always got stuck on carpets and made vacuuming a torture. It was purchased for around €140 and I regretted every minute. Over the years of using it, the handle broke, the nozzle tore, and at some point, it simply burned out.

Good for a simple-cheap vacuum, very noisy only and the plastics show that they are not exactly "top" quality, for the moment with a little use it holds up though, it just gives you the feeling that you need to be a bit careful with it.

I have had it for years but I would not buy it again for the following reasons:
1. From the second year, its performance dropped significantly. It doesn't suck as it used to.
2. I have changed two brushes and I am going for a third one. It constantly breaks in various places and you can't sweep properly. I am considering getting a new one because with the total money spent on brushes, I can get a new vacuum cleaner.
3. The hose no longer attaches well and with a little pressure while sweeping, it keeps coming off and shrinking constantly. I put folded paper to keep it in place.

It does not pick up hair and fluff from carpets well. It does not easily suck up small pebbles on the floor, you have to insist enough and if it manages.

It looks good so far. It doesn't make much noise. The bag changes easily. I would like an additional attachment for narrow spaces as well as a small one just for pet hair so it doesn't get tangled.

Every 1.5 years the sole breaks. In 3 years the handle also broke. The motor is satisfactory for household use.

Terrible choice. The hose is of poor quality and needs to be replaced over time. Many useful accessories, however, they are not connected with clips, resulting in constant disconnections or having to wedge them in and then they won't come out at all. Incredible inaccuracy!

I have had it for 9 years and the only thing that broke after 8 years of daily use is the spiral connection. I would buy it again. I highly recommend it.

Powerful vacuum and relatively quiet. The build quality is terrible. The tubes come apart with the slightest touch. In 3 years, the start button has broken, as well as the main brush of the vacuum (it has a small flexible section that tears easily)!

Honestly, it is one of the worst vacuum cleaners I have ever purchased. Exactly what several others have said. I bought it for 132 euros about five years ago. At first, it worked relatively well, but still not great. It would suction to the carpet without cleaning it properly and was difficult to maneuver like a vacuum. The only good thing was that it was really quiet. Within a year, the performance dropped dramatically. As soon as the bag was half full, it would barely suck anything, to the point where you couldn't even hear it when it was running. As a result, it required multiple passes to clean, especially on the carpet, and the wheels started to fall apart. I expected it to be worth its price because it is a well-known brand, but not even close...

The worst vacuum cleaner of all time. I bought it when it was around 130 euros. After 2 months of use, it started to not suck up any dust or lint from the carpet, only the nozzle did the job. And the bag that I changed had poor performance as well. I bought it because of the brand, but stay away, I wouldn't buy a Hoover again even for 50 euros. When you compare it to similar Philips and Siemens ones, it's simply garbage. Get something else. Also, the bags are expensive and hard to find. Finally, after about a year and a half, the wheels on the attachment and the pedal for changing the carpet/floor broke and came off with the slightest effort. A 10-minute vacuuming became torture.

Good construction, plenty of accessories (for all cases), relatively quiet compared to older models of Hoover

It is one of the worst vacuum cleaners I have ever bought. I had bought it for about 130 euros 4-5 years ago. The vacuum cleaner is quiet but you feel like it doesn't work at all. It doesn't suck well. Its performance is good only when you change the bag and for one or two cleanings. Basically, you have to change the bag after every cleaning to have a relatively good performance, which is practically impossible. Additionally, as I had to pass it multiple times over the same spot, the wheels broke, causing them to constantly come off and the cleaning process to last endlessly. I had to manually feed many debris into the nozzle because there was no chance it would suck them in by itself. It disappointed me

It is very good in relation to its cost.... I have had it for a year and a half and it cleans like the first day. The only thing is that the bags are small and need to be changed frequently... If you use the authentic ones, the vacuuming is much better compared to using semi-generic ones!

Not at all absorbent... it doesn't even collect the crumbs.!!! Short handle... quiet (the only thing worth mentioning).

The worst vacuum cleaner we have ever bought! It doesn't suck up large pieces at all! You have to pick them up by hand! Even the dust, instead of sucking it up, it pushes it further away! We bought it for 140 euros and I still use the old one that cost 50 euros! We took it to the Hoover dealership in Thessaloniki and they told us that's how it is, there's nothing wrong with it!! Stay away!

Very quiet compared to other vacuums in the same price range. Powerful in suction and with different attachments.

The vacuum cleaner is mediocre. I have had it for three years and it doesn't suck well. It only sucks well when you change the bag, but once the bag is halfway full, it starts to not suck well. Additionally, within the three years, the wiring system, the handle (the height adjustment mechanism broke), and the nozzle (it has a tube where it connects to the handle and it got punctured) all broke. Never again Hoover.

Unacceptable. In the beginning, everything was OK. Now, when I want to pick up a larger piece of trash, I have to use the handheld vacuum cleaner!

The result in cleaning is very good. When the vacuum cleaner is operating, it sticks to the floor. The plastic of the vacuum cleaner is of average quality. Additionally, it is truly quiet

After 1 year of use, it doesn't suck anything... I have it on max and I have to manually put the nozzle in my mouth to suck it... We changed the bags, cleaned the filters, and even removed one filter to see if anything would change, but NOTHING!! We are looking for another one and of course, we will not choose Hoover.

The worst thing about it is that I have had it for two years and it doesn't suck well and strongly, it has broken in many places as well as its components, it constantly needs a bag change, generally it is not worth it, at least for me
