Inferior to a simple grater which, with a little persistence, does a better job. It takes me 20 minutes to grate and needs charging because it turns off with slight pressure. It burns in the hand and hurts your ears.

I read some negative reviews and honestly, it seems unbelievable that it doesn't satisfy everyone. It's miraculous for my particular problem with my heels, it simply does wonders. I have never been to a professional, as it is not necessary with this machine. It has 2 settings and leaves nothing behind in its path. I consistently use the strong setting and for 2 minutes each foot, twice a week.... what else could anyone ask for! And even if it broke, I would buy it again

I have it for years now. No, it is not a replacement for a professional pedicure. However, it is an easy maintenance for the heels once a week if the pumice stone does not work for you like it did not for me. If you have dry feet, it won't do anything. It's simply for everyday foot cleaning. If you press it hard, it stops. If it was rougher, it would be much more effective. A simple stone does a better job.

If there is no problem with very hard soles, it is very good! I would say it is more effective on dry skin and not so much on wet heels. However, it needs frequent use, definitely 1-2 times a week.

The product is excellent!!!! I have the regular one with batteries and I read about the 2 speeds of the wet & dry feature as well as the fact that it has a lithium battery and how much better results I would have, and it actually happened. Don't waste your money on pedicures, with the 20 euros it is sold, you have solved your problem! My heels became like baby's again from the first use. I went crazy! Also, I wore the Sholl socks with a special foot mask for 20 minutes of use immediately after and they got moisturized. I will continue to use the socks along with foot cream!

Average performance - I was expecting something more powerful and effective since it is a rechargeable device and not with batteries. A simple €2 grater does the same job with the only difference being that it is manual. So, second star because it simply doesn't bother you!
