Purchased in 2016. Until today that I use it, it has given me endless coastal trips with a modified seahawk 2 with a wooden floor and a 120Ah deep cycle battery. As a friend mentioned, it did give me a problem due to my rough handling of the gears on the throttle. (Abrupt change with force). I opened it, fixed it. The motor flipped over 5 years later due to the fault of others in the saltwater, resulting in the axle filling with saltwater. The axle was opened (very easy), cleaned, and new cheap carbon brushes and bearings were installed from AliExpress. Today, I have completely eliminated the gears from the throttle by removing the speed controller from inside and now it operates with a motor speed controller of max 70A, which is much better and more efficient, also from AliExpress. All in all, the motor is powerful, pushing easily at 4 to 5 knots! For cable extension, pay attention to the diameter. At least 10 to 8 AWG and don't forget the 60A fuse.

Build quality is crying and support from the importer is even worse. They supposedly have a 2-year warranty and it doesn't cover anything. The handle broke after minimal use (it was spinning like crazy) and they didn't cover it under warranty, charging 70 euros without informing beforehand about the repair.
