The SAMSUNG came with one of those small remote controls that are easier to learn the basic functions, but all the rest are hidden. And when I needed to reset the television (which broke after some app updates it carried) there were no longer virtual buttons with numbers to enter the password. So I bought this AMAZING remote control.

Excellent. Buy it without fear. VERY IMPORTANT !!! It works perfectly with all the latest models of Samsung TVs, LED, UHD 4K, QLED, NeoQLED, 2020, 2021, etc... In the new TV models, Samsung provides a minimal remote control (which, however, costs €60-120 to buy separately), where you have to press a sequence of buttons to find a function. Whereas with this Samsung BN59-01198Q, you go directly to the function you are looking for with just one button press. Personally, I have the new type of minimal remote control. But I also bought this as a backup. Needless to say, I have found it more convenient. Of course, it's a matter of personal preference... but if you want the classic remote control that will work perfectly even with the latest models of Samsung TVs... this is it, without a second thought.
