Very simple and easy to use, it is quite heavy (5.6 kg) and therefore stable, the materials and construction are of good quality.
It heats the water very quickly, as soon as you activate it and it warms up, it releases a little hot water into the water collection container, I imagine to rinse and warm up its internal parts.
During coffee preparation, it initially pours a little water in doses into the filter and then produces the coffee, once you stop the coffee production, the machine empties the remaining water and steam into the water collection container.
The coffee is flavorful and the foam is rich and creamy (not froth), at least with the coffees we use (Dimello, packaged Lavazza).
I haven't tried making milk foam, so I don't have an opinion.
What pleasantly surprised me is the pressure release valve that the machine has, which contributes to the entire coffee production and pressure release process.
I have had the machine for 15 days, so I don't have an opinion regarding durability, if anything changes, I will come back.

First contact and the device seems and probably is excellent. It's hard to find something better for this price. Very well-made construction, complete accessories. It also includes a metal cup for frothed milk (mota). It seems to be Made in Germany and not just designed in Germany. It seems better and more well-made than the previous Italian one I had, which was in a slightly more expensive category (200+€). The handle is sturdy with a perfect lock. The pump is powerful. I will come back in the future. Update on 9/11/2023. The machine works well BUT it often gets clogged in the coffee filter, especially if the coffee is too compacted. The pump doesn't have enough power to unclog it. Cleaning with vinegar or special tablets is required.

Update: Less than a year after purchasing it, the machine broke. Specifically, the pump stopped pulling water during the brewing process despite proper, conservative use and regular cleaning throughout its usage.

On the positive side, the e-shop where I bought it immediately refunded the money.

I have been using it for a month and I am very satisfied with both its functionality and the result of the coffee. It is cleaned quite easily and is ideal for anyone who wants to use it at home, avoiding capsules. The two disadvantages I would point out are, firstly, that during use, the entire water collection container moves forward because the machine trembles - in general, the container does not fully attach to the machine. The second, which I do not consider particularly important, is the heating plate for the cups, which I would not say is effective.

Bought it 3 years ago, it has definitely paid off and more! Very high-quality construction compared to others in the same category - price (e.g. Gaggia Viva). I still highly recommend it today!

The important thing that no one has mentioned yet about espresso machines is that the pump of a cheap, "entry level" device - even if it comes from well-known manufacturers - is not powerful or stable enough to create the required pressure for the proper crema, so this is assisted by a mechanism located under the filter. The result of this technique is that the quality of the coffee is negatively affected by various factors such as insufficient water pressure, possible coffee residues accumulated in the removable filter, differences in grinding, etc.
This particular device does not have this system, with the pump itself providing the appropriate pressure to the water in order to create the crema, and the result is a consistent and proper coffee. It is also semi-automatic, meaning that instead of the user having to start the machine and immediately stop it to let a little water enter the group head to help with the quality of the crema, the machine does it on its own. Less usage and hassle of the device naturally means a longer lifespan for the device.
So, while it may not be at the level of a machine that costs €300 or €400, it is, in terms of construction, one level above the cheap ones.

Amazing coffee maker. Very good frother. The quality of the coffee is excellent at the grind level I use, which is 2 millimeters. The frother requires several attempts to produce a decent result. Personally, since I'm not a fan of cappuccinos, making frothed milk every now and then is good enough. If I had to choose again, I would buy it without hesitation.

Simply incredible, I have had it for 3 and a half years and it makes a coffee like no other. Now I am buying it again for the office because there is simply nothing comparable in other companies. Gaggia comes close but it's almost twice the price. Water temperature in the shower, steam pressure, what can I say, it's simply the best I have found so far on a budget below 500 euros.

Since I got it, I understood what GOOD COFFEE means!!! I have had it for over a year and I have to say the best things about it, both in terms of construction quality and coffee making. The foam on top is also exceptional. It heats up in 1 minute. I would buy it again with my eyes closed!
