In the past, I had a straightener from the same company and I was very satisfied. That's why when my old one broke (after 12+ years), I looked for one from the same company. This particular model was below my expectations, as although it straightens well, it damages my hair quite a bit. Every time after using it, my hair smells burnt. I wouldn't recommend it for its price. I found a Remington straightener for half the price that does a similar job and doesn't burn my hair.
