    The problem is the switch.. if it is accidentally touched, which over time happens with something hot, the hob does not work and you have to do it differently by pressing several buttons at the same time.. In 3 years we have changed 2.. the cost is 90-100 euros! So it is not worth it! Also, it is not covered by the warranty (probably for obvious reasons)

    Perfectly useless... The eyes have no power at all. The touch broke in 4 years. The replacement costs 230 euros. The magnetic is whatever and makes it perfectly impractical. Money wasted.

    I bought this specific stove 2 years ago for €450.
    I installed it in my country house, which means it is rarely used for cooking.
    I have only cooked on it 15-20 times.
    Suddenly, a few days ago, it stopped working for no reason.
    I called technical support, they came to my house and told me that it happens with touch button stoves.
    Indeed!
    Luckily, I noticed the problem within the warranty period.
    I am still waiting for the replacement circuit board... it has been a month now and we'll see...
    When it arrives and they fix it, I will keep track of its usage until it breaks again...
