Very good oven and with daily use for 2 years now it has proven to be a workhorse with the only negative being that after a while a small light where it shows the time burned out and ok it doesn't display the numbers correctly but WHO CARES??

After a year of use, it still works as expected. A microwave oven that does its job and is also beautiful.

The oven is just fine and quite fast and powerful.. easy to use with Greek instructions.. just great ... Now that some people are upset about the light being weak... Okay but what do you expect to see when you heat the food??? I mean when you put a tray of food in a regular oven... should I assume you take a little chair and sit for 2 hours chatting with the food????

It's not stainless steel, but it's a very good machine; I've been using it almost every day for 3 years without any problems

After a year, I am satisfied! Of course, I have cooked a few times mainly for heating and defrosting, but it seems that it will last for years!

After 2 years of warranty expiration, it stopped working. I took it to the service center and because the warranty had expired three days ago, they agreed to fix it for me without charge. After 6 months, I opened the door to use it and it stopped working. Such a waste of money.

I bought this oven for the first time in 2016. Before the warranty expired, on 23/11/2018, they agreed to replace it after a lot of effort and dispute because they didn't admit that the start button not working was a functional problem!!!!!!! They sent me and I took it to a service center they collaborate with, where the technician was "pulling his hair out" with what he heard! He gave me a certificate, I went back to the store (10 and 10 kilometers away!) carrying the oven, of course, where, again with a fuss, they replaced it with a new one. The oven has the same problems! I can't stop it. The two lower buttons are pressed together and instead of stopping, it adds additional minutes of operation!!! I am in search of a new oven!!!!!

The diameter of the plate is 29cm. The usual size is 27cm and in smaller ones 24-25cm.
This allows it to fit large plates and oddly shaped dishes.

A little cheaply made. If you pull the door a bit to open it, it moves forward on its own! Other than that, everything is fine.

I bought it on 10-3-22 for 130 euros...so far, everything is good, capacity, heating, construction, noise. It only has lighting when the door is opened, not during operation. Easy to handle...its predecessor, a Daewoo KQG-9GMR 26L, broke in two years...I will come back in the future for more details...

I confirm what Alex_Manetas8501 mentions. If you push the door slightly upwards as you try to open it, it starts working for no reason?

After 13 months, the bulb burned out... you could barely see anything before when the lighting was working, now nothing is visible. Quite expensive to have such defects after 1 year...

Very impressive in appearance! When you operate it, the food is not visible because the glass is quite dark. The only downside, and for this reason I don't give it 5 stars, is that it came without Greek instructions and the instructions from the official Samsung website, as well as the ones included, are for two models and do not mention some functions, so you have to figure out how it works (we have had it for 2 weeks and we are still figuring it out)

The only downside is that it doesn't have illumination on the selection dial. It's all black, so it needs to be placed in a very bright spot to make program selection. At night, you need a flashlight. Instructions are missing, not in Greek

A simple construction with good capacity, easy to handle but the grill is generally weak.

A decent device and easy to use since my mother-in-law operates it!!
Now I'm curious about the WiFi that cuts off for many... Not for me!! Luckily, because I would return it!! My wife saw me charging internet pages on my phone next to the microwave oven while it was working, and she burst out laughing when I told her what was happening!!
Anyway, for me it's fine... and the door doesn't squeak!!

For three months, we couldn't understand why the wifi was dropping in the house... eventually, we randomly discovered that when we turn on the microwave oven, we lose wifi... also, after two years of use, the rotary switch broke... I searched for the spare part online and to my surprise, I found out that it costs 35€!!!! Shocking cost for a spare part for a 100€ oven!!! Of course, without the labor!!! With a little knowledge and a screwdriver, the repair was done in 45 minutes with a workaround...

At 80 euros that I found it on sale, it's worth its money.. And due to its usage and design.. Simple operation.. the more you use it, the more you learn.. I haven't used the grill!

With a little practice, anyone can get used to how it works... it's not that difficult anymore... Compared to the previous oven I had (the cheapest on the market), it's nothing alike! It heats up anything very quickly! From microwaves to grills... The only downside is its lighting... Because of the tinted glass, you can't see anything inside... :/ I'll come back after a while for any potential issues...

After 6 years, it's working perfectly! The only small flaw I've noticed is the screen that occasionally shows some numbers. A few lines on the clock go out, and you can't see how much time is left, the hour, etc. But it fixes itself after a few hours, so it's all good!

It is exactly what I expected after reading all the reviews on Skroutz, you hardly see anything from the seller and it was a bit complicated to use (the previous one I had was primitive).
But I am satisfied because I knew beforehand what I would encounter thanks to the comments of the users.

It had it for 14 months and it stopped working. You can't see the inside at all when it's cooking because the door is so dark, and the broil function takes forever to even toast cheese sandwiches. Waste of money, trash it!

If possible, the circular button should not add to the time. You have to press the +30 to add time. An old Samsung I had added time with the circular button. Otherwise, okay, although it seems very cheaply made.

Cheap construction, although very elegant. Does not heat evenly. Satisfactory performance but definitely not worth the price. Also, in the second year, it presented functional problems.

I am coming back after 4 years of use. The machine broke down. The panel does not respond. It's a shame for the money I had spent.

I read that the door creaks in some products but that is not the case with mine.

It's not worth its money. If you lift the door from the bottom while the oven is closed, it starts working (yes, even if you open the door).
Additionally, it interferes with the wifi, so radiation is emitted in the area, which shouldn't happen because it means that radiation is being received and all the people around the microwave oven are exposed to it.

Update 01/2018: I took it for service, they brought it back to me with a new door, and the wifi still keeps shutting down. This product is dangerous, I don't even use it anymore.

Very good quality construction. Easy to handle. It is also beautiful..! I have had it for two months, of course with little use, so far it is perfect. You don't easily see inside due to the dark glass and somewhat low lighting. But it's not bothersome.

2.5 years later. It works flawlessly...

I give 4 stars just for the lighting, which is ridiculous! With the door closed, you can't see anything! Everything else is perfect.. efficient operation, child lock, fast grilling

Overall, I am very satisfied with the oven. Although it has many buttons that can intimidate someone and many features, its operation is very simple. It does not consume energy when it is not heating anything (I measured it with an Olympia EKM 2100 and it showed 0W), probably due to its energy-saving function. It provides a manual and automatic defrost program.

The door is made of plastic, but so far it has not presented any problems.

I have not found a way to reduce the heating time once it starts without stopping and starting it again, like I did with an analog oven from the same company, but it's a minor issue.

The only thing I would like more is if it could weigh the food itself in programs that ask for the weight.

Very beautiful microwave oven with many functions. Impressive the sound signal that repeats until you open the door!
