Within the first ten days it burned out and also burned a capacitor (I think, that's what my technician told me) in the MacBook so I paid a fortune for it...
I have bought it again. At first everything was fine, but after 2-3 years it started raising the temperature on my MacBook. Now with the new purchase of the same charger, everything is normal
For its price, it is very good.. I have been using it for about 1 year.. Overall, it has some issue because when I plug it into any socket, it sparks most of the time.. I rarely connect it when I am not in front of it.
It broke in the 6th month. Purchased on 29/8/2021 and damaged on 26/1/2022. It didn't charge properly for a month before it broke. It raises the temperature of the Mac too much and the trackpad doesn't work properly. The original one I had before self-destructed day by day. Without much use, the protective coating peeled off until the cables inside were cut. It's quite expensive for low-quality products with an expiration date. It's not an investment, it's a waste of money.
It works and hasn't burned down the house. I would buy it again.
11/10
(I got it for an old MacBook 6.1 late 2009 with a nearly dead battery. At first, I was thinking of cutting the cable and keeping only the magnetic plug to use it with the old brick, but since it works well, I kept it as it is. If it breaks, I'll try the hack. If it breaks and also damages the laptop, oh well... it lasted 11 years, I'll get over it. I'm not sure if I would risk it on a newer MacBook though.)
It's fine for its price. It raises the temperature a bit, I don't know if it will affect its performance in the future. For now, everything is good.
It burned out in 3 months. Otherwise, while it was working, it charged normally, but it had poor grounding, resulting in the trackpad not functioning properly. 2 stars due to the good price
For its price, it has quite good quality! I am also very satisfied with the packaging it came in. Very well done.
Edit 16/12/2019: After so many months of use, I have to say that it is one of the best value for money products I have purchased. It hasn't had any issues at all, it works perfectly.
