The 40mA Car Battery Solar Booster replenishes the gaps created by natural discharge and the small consumptions of the car's electrical instruments and indicators. It extends the life of 12V batteries. It provides a slow charge to the car or motorcycle battery. You can place it on the car dashboard (by connecting its plug to the cigarette lighter socket) or in any other place as long as it receives sunlight. Alternatively, the plug for the cigarette lighter socket can be cut, and the wires can be connected directly to the battery terminals. It has a built-in charge regulator (i.e., "cut-off") to protect the battery from overcharging if exposed to sunlight for many hours.

Suitable for small capacity accumulators, up to 25Ah.
