Those who complain that the batteries run out quickly should get fresh ones (one euro for a pack of six in Chinese) because only God knows how long the ones that come with the device have been sitting in the box. And those who complain that it's too loud ("buzzing" is what they call it) should avoid using it with mobile or landline phones! Use the smaller plug for a better fit deep in the ear. That's it.
