I had it for 6 months in an open parking lot with the car plugged in, using a makeshift piece of wood as a cover to prevent direct rain exposure, without any problems.

Very good branded timer, easy to use and with many programs! I bought it on 20/09/2021 and after about 1-2 months, the screen stopped turning on. The backup battery inside, which is used to store the time and programs, had died, so the timer didn't work at all, even when I plugged it in. Nevertheless, I contacted the Brennenstuhl dealership in Greece and they replaced it immediately with a new one! Unfortunately, all batteries eventually die, and in this specific timer, you can't simply replace it like in a regular device. It is a 1.2V 40mAh Ni-MH battery that is "glued" onto the timer's circuit board. However, until now, as I write this comment, 1 year later, it works perfectly!
