The espresso machine, if adjusted correctly, makes great coffee. It is at least on par with coffee shops. You need to have some experience with this type of machine to know the right proportions. For those who haven't found the setting for a strong espresso, I want to inform you that the machine only dispenses single shots, so for a strong brew, the setting should be like the one in the photo above. The frother didn't impress me, but I found a solution with a milk frother that was recently released for €25.
Η εσπρεσιερα αν τη ρυθμίσεις σωστά κάνει καφεδαρα. Κάνει τουλάχιστον ισάξιο με τις καφετέριες. Πρέπει να έχεις λίγη εμπειρία πάνω στο είδος για να ξέρεις τις σωστές αναλογίες. Για όποιον δεν έχει βρει τη ρύθμιση για φρέντο εσπρέσσο να ενημερώσω ότι η μηχανή κόβει μόνο ΜΟΝΕΣ δόσεις οπότε για έναν σωστό φρέντο η ρύθμιση πρέπει να είναι όπως στη φωτό από πάνω. Το αφρογαλα δεν με ενθουσίασε αλλά βρήκα λύση σε μια αφρογαλιερα που έβγαλε το λιντλ πρόσφατα με 25€.
Update: After 2 years, it stopped heating and shows an error. Unfortunately, I don't have the time, money, or patience to send it for repair.

For your information, when changing the grind of the mill, the mill must be grinding at that moment; otherwise, it won't accept the change. It is mentioned in the manual, but some may understand that the machine just needs to be running.

After comments I saw from other users who modified the mill themselves by opening the machine to grind finer coffee, I tried it too and was amazed by the result.
The flow duration of the coffee almost doubled, resulting in actual coffee instead of the soapy liquid it produced before.

You will also need a torx 10 screwdriver and a torx 15 to remove the screws.
BE CAREFUL with the rotation during adjustment; if you rotate it too much, the coffee will come out too fine, resulting in no flow at all.
The negative rating will remain because the company should have ensured that the coffee produced by the machine is commensurate with the price and brand we paid for and that we shouldn't have to make modifications and workarounds to achieve a proper coffee.
If I had known, I would have bought a semi-automatic machine.
Update: Μετά από 2 χρόνια, σταμάτησε να ζεσταίνει και βγάζει σφάλμα. δυστυχώς δεν έχω το χρόνο, τα χρήματα και την υπομονή να τη στείλω για επισκευή.

Πληροφοριακά, όταν αλλάζετε την κοπή του μύλου ο μύλος πρέπει να κόβει εκείνη τη στιγμή αλλιώς δεν την παίρνει την αλλαγή. Το αναφέρει και στο βιβλίο αλλά κάποιοι μπορεί να καταλάβουν οτι απλά πρέπει να είναι σε λειτουργία η μηχανή.
Στην επιλογή για τη μεγαλύτερη ένταση ο μύλος κόβει γύρω στα 10-12gr καφέ

Μετά από σχόλια που είδα από άλλους χρήστες που πειράξανε οι ίδιοι το μύλο ανοίγοντας τη μηχανή ώστε να κόβει πιο ψιλό καφέ, το δοκίμασα και εγώ και έμεινα έκπληκτος από το αποτέλεσμα.
Η διάρκεια ροής του καφέ σχεδόν διαπλασιάστηκε με αποτέλεσμα να βγαίνει όντως καφές και όχι η σαπουνάδα που έβγαζε προηγουμένως.

Επίσης θα χρειαστείτε ένα κατσαβίδι torx 10 και ένα torx 15 για να αφαιρέσετε τις βίδες.
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ στην περιστροφή κατά τη ρύθμισή, αν το περιστρέψετε παραπάνω ο καφές θα βγαίνει πολύ ψιλός με αποτέλεσμα να μην υπάρχει καν ροή.
Η αρνητική βαθμολογία θα παραμείνει γιατί η εταιρία θα έπρεπε να είχε μεριμνήσει ώστε ο καφές που φτιάχνει η μηχανή να είναι ανάλογος της τιμής και του brand που πληρώσαμε και να μην χρειάζεται να κάνουμε αλχημείες και πατέντες μέχρι να πετύχουμε ένα σωστό καφέ.
Αν το ήξερα θα αγόραζα μία ημιαυτόματη μηχανή.
We have had the machine for five and a half years now (360 euros in 2020, mind you... the milk frother is indeed rubbish... luckily, last year I bought a Lidl milk frother for 20 euros and I am super happy with my cappuccino! HOWEVER... now it doesn't make any crema at all. Just watery. Maybe I'll tweak it a bit as another user described!
Εχουμε τη μηχανη εδω και 5 μιση χρονια(360 ευρω το 2020 παρακαλω... το αφρογαλο οντως μαπα....ευτυχως αγορασα περυσι αφρογαλιερα lidl 20 e και ειμαι πανευτυχης με τον capuccino μου! OMΩΣ.... πλεον δε μου κανει καθολου καιμακι. νερομομπλουμ. Ισως την πειραξω λιγο οπως πριγραφει αλλος χρηστης !
Excellent coffee and very easy to use with many options for grinding and coffee preparation. Also easy to clean. Unfortunately, after 3 years of use for one coffee a day, it started leaking coffee internally and overflowing through the plastic parts. Even though it was repaired (cracked tube), after a while it started leaking coffee again internally from the pressure piston even when the o-rings were replaced. Then, steam with coffee would burst everywhere inside and the grinder got clogged. It went to recycling
Εξαιρετικός καφές και πολύ εύκολη χρήση με πολλές επιλογές στην άλεση και παρασκεύη καφέ. Εύκολο και στον καθαρισμό. Δυστυχώς όμως στα 3 χρόνια με χρήση για ένα καφέ τη μέρα άρχισε να χάνει καφέ εσωτερικά και να ξεχειλίζει μέσα από τα πλαστικά. Παρόλο που επισκευάστηκε (ραγισμένο σωληνάκι) έπειτα από λίγο έχανε καφέ πάλι εσωτερικά από το έμβολο πίεσης ακόμα και όταν αντικαταστάθηκαν τα o-rings. Στη συνέχεια έσκαγε ο ατμος με τον καφέ παντού μέσα και λάσπωσε ο μύλος. Έφυγε στην ανακύκλωση
We have had it for over a year in the factory kitchen where I work. It makes an average of 50-60 coffees daily without any issues and is very easy to clean. The quality of the coffee is equal to what you buy outside for €2.5. It is worth its money and more.

Η ποιότητα του καφέ είναι ισάξια με αυτό που αγοράζεις απ' έξω με 2.5€.

I have had the machine for 1 month and so far I have no complaints, easy operation, nice extraction, very good crema. Memory with favorite options and many functions. It's too early for me to assess the quality-price ratio. Sturdy construction and very careful packaging.
Έχω την μηχανή 1 μήνα και ως ώρας δεν έχω κάποιο παράπονο εύκολη λειτουργία ωραία εκχύλιση πολύ καλό καϊμάκι. Μνήμη με αγαπημένες επιλογές και πολλές λειτουργίες. Σχέση ποιότητας τιμής είναι νωρίς για να εκτιμήσω. Γερή κατασκευή και πολύ προσεγμένη συσκευασία.
The machine broke down in 20 days and went to the technician where it stayed for a month, in 10 days the same thing happened again and this happened 3 times until it was sent to Athens and returned to me to last a month. They do not accept that it is defective and they do not make replacements, the coffees I have paid for outside and the money I have given for back and forth trips I could have bought two more. I threw 400€ in the trash, that's it. Terrible support... if you fall into a defective model you have simply lost your money.
Η μηχανή στις 20 μέρες χάλασε και πήγε στο τεχνικό όπου έμεινε ένα μήνα , σε 10 μέρες πάλι το ίδιο και αυτό έγινε 3 φορές μέχρι που στάλθηκε Αθήνα και επέστρεψε σε εμένα για να αντέξει ένα μήνα. Δεν δέχονται ότι είναι ελαττωματική και αντικατάσταση δε κάνουν, τους καφέδες που έχω πληρώσει απ' έξω και τα λεφτά που έχω δώσει στα πηγαιν' έλα θα είχα πάρει άλλες δύο. Πέταξα 400€ στα σκουπίδια, αυτό. Απαίσια υποστήριξη.... αν πέσετε σε ελαττωματικό μοντέλο απλά έχετε χάσει τα λεφτά σας.

Just 5 days after the purchase date, it stopped working and I had to go through the service process.
Μόλις σε 5 ημέρες από την ημερομηνία αγοράς της σταμάτησε να λειτουργεί και μπηκα σε διαδικασια service.
Purchased for €266 in February 2021. The frother nozzle only worked for the first 3-4 times. After that, it got clogged with coffee residue 2-3 times, but even though I cleaned it, the pressure it produces is now nonexistent. The machine is incredibly easy to use. I usually make 2 shots with 9 grams of coffee (maximum of 3 beans, as stated in the manual, 1 bean is 7g, 2 beans are 8g) with 30 ml. I read from other users that the maximum dose is 12g. I measured this with a precision scale when the machine slightly wet the dose before canceling the extraction. I couldn't weigh the dry dose before throwing it in the bin, even though I tried pulling the plug, turning it off from the button, pressing STOP. (I think I managed to do it before, but I don't remember how...) The problem is that the machine's pressure and the lack of a tamper result in the extraction happening too quickly (I think it takes 5 seconds for 30 ml), which probably doesn't allow for much crema or it lasts for a short time. The proper extraction requires a lot more seconds (25-30 sec). I also made a slight modification by opening it up a bit, adjusting how fine the coffee is ground. I noticed that since it doesn't have a tamper, it can't handle too much adjustment, so I believe I gave it new values from 1-2-3, went to 4-5-6, and settled on 5 (unfortunately, there was a lot more coffee dust waste in the tray). It changed the extraction time for someone else, but not for me. However, it seems fuller in body now. Very satisfied!
Update 13/10/2023, no changes, the machine is perfect! (After each coffee, I leave the side waste drawer open to dry until emptying it, and I rinse the tray that collects the water underneath.)
Αγοράστηκε €266 τον 2/2021. Το ακροφύσιο για το αφρόγαλο λειτούργησε μόνο τις πρώτες 3-4 φορές. Μετά βούλωσε από υπολείμματα καφέ 2-3 φορές αλλά παρότι το καθάρισα, πλέον η πίεση που παράγει είναι ανύπαρκτη. Η ευκολία της μηχανής απίστευτη. Παράγω συνήθως 2 δόσεις στα 9 γραμμάρια καφέ (max δλδ 3 κόκκους που αναφερει το manual οτι ειναι 9, 1 κόκκος 7gr, 2 κόκκοι 8gr) με 30 ml. Διάβασα από άλλους χρήστες οτι η max δόση είναι 12gr. Αυτό το μέτρησα με ζυγαριά ακριβείας όταν η μηχανή όμως έβρεξε ελαφρώς τη δόση πριν ακυρώσει την εκχύλιση. Δεν κατάφερα να ζυγίσω τη δόση στεγνή πριν την πετάξει στον κάδο παρότι δοκίμασα να τραβήξω το ρευμα, να τη σβησω απο το κουμπί, να πατήσω το STOP. (Παλιά νομίζω το είχα καταφέρει αλλα δε θυμάμαι πως...)Το πρόβλημα είναι ότι η πίεση της μηχανής και η έλλειψη tamper παράγει την εκχύλιση τόσο γρήγορα (νομίζω κάνει 5 sec για τα 30 ml) που μάλλον δεν επιτρέπει να γίνει πολύ καϊμάκι, γίνεται αλλα λίγο ή διαρκεί λίγο. Η σωστή εκχύλιση θέλει αρκετά παραπάνω δευτερόλεπτα. (25-30sec). Τροποποίησα επίσης λίγο ανοίγοντας την, το πόσο ψιλοκομμένος είναι ο καφές, είδα ότι εφόσον δεν έχει tamper, δεν αντέχει να σκαλίσεις πολύ τη ρυθμιση οπότε πιστευω ότι έδωσα νέες τιμές απο 1-2-3, πήγα σε 4-5-6 και κόβω στο 5, (αυξήθηκε πολύ το απόβλητο σκόνης καφέ στο tray δυστυχώς). Σε κάποιον άλλαξε το χρόνο εκχύλισης, σε εμένα όχι. Αλλά φαίνεται ποιο γεμάτο το σώμα πλέον. Πολύ ευχαριστημένος!
Update 13/10/2023, καμία αλλαγή, η μηχανή είναι τέλεια! (Μετά από κάθε καφέ αφήνω ανοιχτό το πλαινό συρτάρι του απόβλητου καφέ για να στεγνωνει μεχρι το άδειασμα και ξεπλένω το tray που μαζευει το νερό απο κάτω.)
I have it for 3 years.....powerful and reliable machine Made in France!......good coffee and very easy cleaning!!! For frothed milk, you have to do a separate process and it takes time and it's quite difficult to achieve.....there are also super-automatic machines from the same company that make the drink ready for you, but the price goes up a lot!!!

We no longer enjoy coffee outside, we make it at home to savor it. Update 03.07.2023: After making many coffees, it started to water down and not make a nice crema like in the first year... despite following the company's cleaning instructions. :(
Εξαιρετικός καφές, ωραίο καϊμάκι, αυτόματο πλύσιμο, εύκολη στη χρήση. Θόρυβο κάνει όταν αλεθει το καφέ (όσοι έχετε μικρά παιδιά που ξυπνάνε εύκολα αυτό είναι θέμα ). Πλέον δεν μας αρέσει ο καφές απέξω, φτιάχνουμε από το σπίτι για να τον απολαύσουμε update 03.07.2023: μετά από πάρα πολλούς καφέδες που φτιάξαμε άρχισε να νερωνει το καφέ και να μην φτιάχνει ωραίο καϊμάκι όπως το πρώτο χρόνο... παρόλο που ο καθαρισμός γίνεται όπως ακριβώς αναφέρουν οι οδηγίες της εταιρείας. :(

Very good coffee maker, at first you will need to do several tests with the quantity and quality of the coffee until you achieve the desired result. It took me about 2 months to find the right settings and the coffee that suits me. The correct ratio for a nice freddo espresso is 40ml double shot and intensity 3 of the coffee. It cleans very easily and is very easy to use.
Πολύ καλή καφετιέρα, στην αρχή θα πρέπει να κάνετε αρκετές δοκιμές με τη ποσότητα και τη ποιότητα του καφέ μέχρι να βγάλετε το αποτέλεσμα που θέλετε.Εμένα μου πήρε γύρω στους 2 μήνες για να βρω τις σωστές ρυθμίσεις και το καφέ που μου ταιριάζει.Η σωστή αναλογία για έναν ωραίο freddo espresso είναι στα 40ml διπλή δόση και 3 η ένταση του καφέ.Καθαρίζει πολύ εύκολα και είναι πολύ εύκολη στη χρήση της.
Very good coffee, the frothed milk is not as good as I expected but maybe it's because of the milk I use. It surprises me that some people say it makes noise, it can't be silent... in my opinion, it is not noisy at all.

I have had it for about a month and it makes great coffee depending on the blend you choose and the grind. I have been using Lavazza and it makes a very nice crema. It is easy to use and heats up very quickly, within a few seconds. Cleaning it is also very easy, you don't end up with a mess in the kitchen. That was one of the reasons I bought it. As for the frothing nozzle, I wasn't crazy about it, maybe because I only tried it once. But since I work as a barista, it's not the best for milk, but for making coffees like lugo espresso freddo, it does what it says. I recommend it, it's worth the money
Την έχω ένα μήνα περίπου κάνει ωραίο καφέ αναλόγως το χαρμάνι που θα διαλέξεις και την κοπή εγώ για την ώρα έχω πάρει lavazza κάνει πολύ ωραίο καϊμάκι είναι εύκολη στη χρήση της ζεσταίνεται πάρα πολύ εύκολα μέσα σε μερικά δευτερόλεπτα το καθάρισμα της επίσης είναι πάρα πολύ εύκολο βασικό δεν γεμίζεις με κατακάθι στην κουζίνα αυτός ήταν στο κάτω-κάτω λόγος που την αγόρασα όσο αφορά το ακροφύσιο για να κάνεις το αφρόγαλα δεν τρελάθηκα ίσως επειδή δοκίμασα μόνο μία φορά αλλά επειδή γενικά δουλεύευω barista δεν είναι ότι καλύτερο για το γάλα αλλά ότι φορά καφέδες lugo espresso freddo κτλ κάνει ότι λέει τη συνιστώ αξίζει τα χρήματά της

The truth is that at the beginning you will have a manual in your hand and videos on YouTube and you will learn it very quickly... I have two negatives, firstly like most people I wouldn't say it makes good frothy milk, but for 15 bars it manages something and it needs frequent descaling. I bought the filter and I was quiet for a long time. Secondly, its construction is a bit fake for the money, I would have liked it to be more sturdy... and thirdly, it spilled coffee twice from the top of the nozzle, it hasn't done it again...

Η αλήθεια είναι ότι στην αρχή θα είστε με ένα βιβλίο οδηγιών στο χέρι και βιντεάκια στο YouTube και θα τη μάθετε πολύ γρήγορα... Έχω δύο τρια αρνητικά 1ον όπως και οι περισσότεροι δεν θα έλεγα ότι κάνει καλό αφρογαλα αλλά για 15 bar κάτι καταφέρνει και θέλει συχνή αφαλάτωση εγώ πήρα το φίλτρο και ησύχασα για αρκετό καιρό και 2ον η κατασκευή του για τα λεφτά της είναι λίγο ψεύτικη θα την ήθελα λίγο πιο στιβαρή..και 3ον μου έχασε δύο φορές καφέ από την πάνω μεριά του ακροφυσίου δεν το έχει ξανά κάνει...

Μετά από σχόλια που είδα από άλλους χρήστες που πειράξανε οι ίδιοι το μύλο ανοίγοντας τη μηχανή ώστε να κόβει πιο ψιλό καφέ, το δοκίμασα και εγώ και έμεινα έκπληκτος από το αποτέλεσμα.
Η διάρκεια ροής του καφέ σχεδόν διαπλασιάστηκε με αποτέλεσμα να βγαίνει όντως καφές και όχι η σαπουνάδα που έβγαζε προηγουμένως.

Επίσης θα χρειαστείτε ένα κατσαβίδι torx 10 και ένα torx 15 για να αφαιρέσετε τις βίδες.
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ στην περιστροφή κατά τη ρύθμισή, αν το περιστρέψετε παραπάνω ο καφές θα βγαίνει πολύ ψιλός με αποτέλεσμα να μην υπάρχει καν ροή.
Η αρνητική βαθμολογία θα παραμείνει γιατί η εταιρία θα έπρεπε να είχε μεριμνήσει ώστε ο καφές που φτιάχνει η μηχανή να είναι ανάλογος της τιμής και του brand που πληρώσαμε και να μην χρειάζεται να κάνουμε αλχημείες και πατέντες μέχρι να πετύχουμε ένα σωστό καφέ.
Αν το ήξερα θα αγόραζα μία ημιαυτόματη μηχανή.

After almost 2 years, not only has the performance dropped significantly, but also the mechanism that throws the coffee into the bin has broken, resulting in clogging and throwing out deformed pieces instead of round cookies. Luckily, the problem occurred 1 month before the warranty expired and they covered it. However, there is no official KRUPS dealership in Greece, only an authorized representative (limperis-service), which means that there are no readily available spare parts and you have to wait 2-3 months for repairs. Imagine, I'm still waiting and it has been 2 months since I sent it. Stay away from KRUPS, if it breaks, I will go for a manual one that is much more durable and of better quality in their use.

I stopped drinking espresso from cafes from the moment I bought it, it really is worth every last cent. The machine makes the coffee just the way you like it, light, medium, or strong, very hot or lukewarm, it has plenty of options and amazing automation. It also has a water filtration adjustment depending on its hardness (For the hardness of your water, consult the Krups guide included as well as your water supplier.) It doesn't make a mess and cleans easily with a Krups capsule that you drop from the top slot and select the cleaning program. It has an option to release water when you open it to clean any residue from the group. It automatically presses and throws the cookie into a special bin.
The grinder's storage space holds enough so you don't have to fill it every day. It lasts me about 10 days. It has three levels of grinding, very fine, medium thickness, and coarse. The group fills according to how strong you want it! Specifically, it has three levels of espresso production intensity. When you select the indicator on 1 bean, it makes it light and cuts less, on 2 it's medium and cuts more, and on 3 it cuts a lot more. The machine makes incredible coffee and good frothy milk, although it requires a bit of skill in filling and holding the jug for the frothy milk. I prefer full cow's milk because the ones for espresso have a steamed taste and don't make good frothy milk because they are already smooth. It's better for freddo cappuccino as they puff up when you beat them.
The full plain white cow's milk, on the other hand, makes an amazing silk cream when you steam it.
Once you learn it, you will understand what I mean.

Η Μηχανή μετά από σχεδόν 2 χρόνια όχι απλώς έχει πέσει η απόδοση σε bar αλλά επίσης μου χάλασε και ο μηχανισμός που πετάει τον καφέ στον κάδο με αποτέλεσμα να μπουκώνει και να πετάει αλλοιωμένα κομματάκια αντί για μπισκοτάκι στρόγγυλο. Ευτυχώς παρουσίασε το πρόβλημα 1 μήνα πριν λήξει η εγγύηση και μου την κάλυψαν. Βέβαια αντιπροσωπεία επίσημη της KRUPS δεν υπάρχει στην Ελλάδα παρά μόνο εξουσιοδοτημένος αντιπρόσωπος (limperis-service) με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχει κανένα ανταλλακτικό ετοιμοπαράδοτο και να περιμένεις 2-3 μήνες για την επισκευή της. Φανταστείτε ακόμα περιμένω και έχουν περάσει 2 μήνες από τότε που την έστειλα. Μακριά από KRUPS αν χαλάσει θα πάω σε χειροκίνητη που είναι πολύ πιο ανθεκτικές και ποιοτικές στην χρήση τους.

Σταμάτησα να πίνω espresso από καφετέρια από την στιγμή που την αγόρασα, πραγματικά αξίζει μέχρι και το τελευταίο cents. Η μηχανή σου κάνει τον καφέ όπως γουστάρεις ελαφρύ, μέτριο ή βαρύ, πολύ καυτό ή χλιαρό, έχει πληθώρα επιλογών και τρομερό αυτοματισμό. Έχει επίσης ρύθμιση φιλτραρίσματος του νερό ανάλογα με την σκληρότητά του (Για την σκληρότητα του νερού σας, συμβουλευτείτε τον οδηγό της Krups που περιλαμβάνεται καθώς και την ΔΕΥΑ σας.) Δεν λερώνει και καθαρίζει
πανεύκολα με κάψουλα Krups που την ρίχνεις από την πάνω υποδοχή και επιλέγεις το πρόγραμμα καθαρισμού. Έχει επιλογή όταν την ανοίγεις να ρίχνει νερό για να καθαρίζει από τυχών υπολείμματα το γκρουπ. Πρεσάρει αυτόματα και πετάει σε ειδικό κάδο το μπισκοτάκι.
Ο αποθηκευτικός χώρος του μύλου παίρνει αρκετό ώστε να μην το γεμίζεις κάθε μέρα. Έμενα με πάει πάνω κάτω 10 μέρες. Έχει τρία επίπεδα κοψίματος πολύ λεπτό, μέτριο πάχος και χοντρό. Το γρκουπ γεμίζει ανάλογα με το πόσο δυνατό το θες!! Πιο συγκεκριμένα έχει τρία επίπεδα έντασης παραγωγής εσπρέσο. Όταν επιλέγεις την ένδειξη στον 1 κόκκο το κάνει ελαφρύ κόβει λιγότερο, στο 2 μέτριο και κόβει παραπάνω και στο 3 πολύ παραπάνω. Η μηχανή κάνει απίστευτο καφέ και καλό αφρόγαλα αν και απαιτεί για το αφρόγαλα λίγο δεξιοτεχνία στο γέμισμα και κράτημα του κανατάκι. Προτιμώ πλήρες γάλα αγελαδινό γτ αυτά του εσπρέσο τα barista έχουν γεύση εβαπορέ και δεν κάνουν αφρόγαλα καλό γτ είναι ήδη smooth. Είναι καλύτερα για freddo cappuccino μιας και όταν τα χτυπάς φουσκώνουν.
Το πλήρες απλό λευκό αγελαδινό από την άλλη όταν το βαράς στον ατμό κάνει φοβερό silk cream.
Μόλις θα την μάθετε θα καταλάβετε τι εννοώ.

The espresso machine, if adjusted correctly, makes great coffee. It is at least on par with coffee shops. You need to have some experience with this type of machine to know the right proportions. For those who haven't found the setting for a strong espresso, I want to inform you that the machine only dispenses single shots, so for a strong brew, the setting should be like the one in the photo above. The frother didn't impress me, but I found a solution with a milk frother that was recently released for €25.
Η εσπρεσιερα αν τη ρυθμίσεις σωστά κάνει καφεδαρα. Κάνει τουλάχιστον ισάξιο με τις καφετέριες. Πρέπει να έχεις λίγη εμπειρία πάνω στο είδος για να ξέρεις τις σωστές αναλογίες. Για όποιον δεν έχει βρει τη ρύθμιση για φρέντο εσπρέσσο να ενημερώσω ότι η μηχανή κόβει μόνο ΜΟΝΕΣ δόσεις οπότε για έναν σωστό φρέντο η ρύθμιση πρέπει να είναι όπως στη φωτό από πάνω. Το αφρογαλα δεν με ενθουσίασε αλλά βρήκα λύση σε μια αφρογαλιερα που έβγαλε το λιντλ πρόσφατα με 25€.
I have it for 1.5 years.. I am very satisfied, the money is not little but every day I enjoy my coffee just the way I want it.. and very easily! Rich crema and the milk frother is quite satisfactory. I highly recommend it!

We have had the machine for five and a half years now (360 euros in 2020, mind you... the milk frother is indeed rubbish... luckily, last year I bought a Lidl milk frother for 20 euros and I am super happy with my cappuccino! Excellent coffee and very easy to use with many options for grinding and coffee preparation. Also easy to clean. Unfortunately, after 3 years of use for one coffee a day, it started leaking coffee internally and overflowing through the plastic parts. Even though it was repaired (cracked tube), after a while it started leaking coffee again internally from the pressure piston even when the o-rings were replaced. Then, steam with coffee would burst everywhere inside and the grinder got clogged. It went to recycling
Εξαιρετικός καφές και πολύ εύκολη χρήση με πολλές επιλογές στην άλεση και παρασκεύη καφέ. Εύκολο και στον καθαρισμό. Δυστυχώς όμως στα 3 χρόνια με χρήση για ένα καφέ τη μέρα άρχισε να χάνει καφέ εσωτερικά και να ξεχειλίζει μέσα από τα πλαστικά. Παρόλο που επισκευάστηκε (ραγισμένο σωληνάκι) έπειτα από λίγο έχανε καφέ πάλι εσωτερικά από το έμβολο πίεσης ακόμα και όταν αντικαταστάθηκαν τα o-rings. Στη συνέχεια έσκαγε ο ατμος με τον καφέ παντού μέσα και λάσπωσε ο μύλος. Έφυγε στην ανακύκλωση
We have had it for over a year in the factory kitchen where I work. It makes an average of 50-60 coffees daily without any issues and is very easy to clean. The quality of the coffee is equal to what you buy outside for €2.5. It is worth its money and more.

The machine broke down in 20 days and went to the technician where it stayed for a month, in 10 days the same thing happened again and this happened 3 times until it was sent to Athens and returned to me to last a month. They do not accept that it is defective and they do not make replacements, the coffees I have paid for outside and the money I have given for back and forth trips I could have bought two more. I threw 400€ in the trash, that's it. Terrible support... if you fall into a defective model you have simply lost your money.

Update: After 2 years, it stopped heating and shows an error. Unfortunately, I don't have the time, money, or patience to send it for repair.

For your information, when changing the grind of the mill, the mill must be grinding at that moment; otherwise, it won't accept the change. It is mentioned in the manual, but some may understand that the machine just needs to be running.
In the setting for the highest intensity, the mill grinds about 10-12g of coffee.

After comments I saw from other users who modified the mill themselves by opening the machine to grind finer coffee, I tried it too and was amazed by the result.
The flow duration of the coffee almost doubled, resulting in actual coffee instead of the soapy liquid it produced before.

You will also need a torx 10 screwdriver and a torx 15 to remove the screws.
BE CAREFUL with the rotation during adjustment; if you rotate it too much, the coffee will come out too fine, resulting in no flow at all.
The negative rating will remain because the company should have ensured that the coffee produced by the machine is commensurate with the price and brand we paid for and that we shouldn't have to make modifications and workarounds to achieve a proper coffee.
If I had known, I would have bought a semi-automatic machine.

Even though it was repaired (cracked tube), after a while it started leaking coffee again internally from the pressure piston even when the o-rings were replaced. Then, steam with coffee would burst everywhere inside and the grinder got clogged. It went to recycling

Δυστυχώς όμως στα 3 χρόνια με χρήση για ένα καφέ τη μέρα άρχισε να χάνει καφέ εσωτερικά και να ξεχειλίζει μέσα από τα πλαστικά. Παρόλο που επισκευάστηκε (ραγισμένο σωληνάκι) έπειτα από λίγο έχανε καφέ πάλι εσωτερικά από το έμβολο πίεσης ακόμα και όταν αντικαταστάθηκαν τα o-rings. Στη συνέχεια έσκαγε ο ατμος με τον καφέ παντού μέσα και λάσπωσε ο μύλος. Έφυγε στην ανακύκλωση
We have had it for over a year in the factory kitchen where I work. It makes an average of 50-60 coffees daily without any issues and is very easy to clean. The quality of the coffee is equal to what you buy outside for €2.5. It is worth its money and more.

I have had the machine for 1 month and so far I have no complaints, easy operation, nice extraction, very good crema. Memory with favorite options and many functions. It's too early for me to assess the quality-price ratio. Sturdy construction and very careful packaging.
Έχω την μηχανή 1 μήνα και ως ώρας δεν έχω κάποιο παράπονο εύκολη λειτουργία ωραία εκχύλιση πολύ καλό καϊμάκι. Μνήμη με αγαπημένες επιλογές και πολλές λειτουργίες. Σχέση ποιότητας τιμής είναι νωρίς για να εκτιμήσω. Γερή κατασκευή και πολύ προσεγμένη συσκευασία.
The machine broke down in 20 days and went to the technician where it stayed for a month, in 10 days the same thing happened again and this happened 3 times until it was sent to Athens and returned to me to last a month. They do not accept that it is defective and they do not make replacements, the coffees I have paid for outside and the money I have given for back and forth trips I could have bought two more. I threw 400€ in the trash, that's it. Terrible support... if you fall into a defective model you have simply lost your money.
Η μηχανή στις 20 μέρες χάλασε και πήγε στο τεχνικό όπου έμεινε ένα μήνα , σε 10 μέρες πάλι το ίδιο και αυτό έγινε 3 φορές μέχρι που στάλθηκε Αθήνα και επέστρεψε σε εμένα για να αντέξει ένα μήνα. Δεν δέχονται ότι είναι ελαττωματική και αντικατάσταση δε κάνουν, τους καφέδες που έχω πληρώσει απ' έξω και τα λεφτά που έχω δώσει στα πηγαιν' έλα θα είχα πάρει άλλες δύο. Πέταξα 400€ στα σκουπίδια, αυτό. Απαίσια υποστήριξη.... αν πέσετε σε ελαττωματικό μοντέλο απλά έχετε χάσει τα λεφτά σας.

Just 5 days after the purchase date, it stopped working and I had to go through the service process.
Μόλις σε 5 ημέρες από την ημερομηνία αγοράς της σταμάτησε να λειτουργεί και μπηκα σε διαδικασια service.
Purchased for €266 in February 2021. The frother nozzle only worked for the first 3-4 times. After that, it got clogged with coffee residue 2-3 times, but even though I cleaned it, the pressure it produces is now nonexistent. The machine is incredibly easy to use. I usually make 2 shots with 9 grams of coffee (maximum of 3 beans, as stated in the manual, 1 bean is 7g, 2 beans are 8g) with 30 ml. I read from other users that the maximum dose is 12g. I measured this with a precision scale when the machine slightly wet the dose before canceling the extraction. I couldn't weigh the dry dose before throwing it in the bin, even though I tried pulling the plug, turning it off from the button, pressing STOP. (I think I managed to do it before, but I don't remember how...) The problem is that the machine's pressure and the lack of a tamper result in the extraction happening too quickly (I think it takes 5 seconds for 30 ml), which probably doesn't allow for much crema or it lasts for a short time. The proper extraction requires a lot more seconds (25-30 sec). I also made a slight modification by opening it up a bit, adjusting how fine the coffee is ground. I noticed that since it doesn't have a tamper, it can't handle too much adjustment, so I believe I gave it new values from 1-2-3, went to 4-5-6, and settled on 5 (unfortunately, there was a lot more coffee dust waste in the tray). It changed the extraction time for someone else, but not for me. However, it seems fuller in body now. Very satisfied!
Update 13/10/2023, no changes, the machine is perfect! (After each coffee, I leave the side waste drawer open to dry until emptying it, and I rinse the tray that collects the water underneath.)
Αγοράστηκε €266 τον 2/2021. Το ακροφύσιο για το αφρόγαλο λειτούργησε μόνο τις πρώτες 3-4 φορές. Μετά βούλωσε από υπολείμματα καφέ 2-3 φορές αλλά παρότι το καθάρισα, πλέον η πίεση που παράγει είναι ανύπαρκτη. Η ευκολία της μηχανής απίστευτη. Παράγω συνήθως 2 δόσεις στα 9 γραμμάρια καφέ (max δλδ 3 κόκκους που αναφερει το manual οτι ειναι 9, 1 κόκκος 7gr, 2 κόκκοι 8gr) με 30 ml. Διάβασα από άλλους χρήστες οτι η max δόση είναι 12gr. Αυτό το μέτρησα με ζυγαριά ακριβείας όταν η μηχανή όμως έβρεξε ελαφρώς τη δόση πριν ακυρώσει την εκχύλιση. Δεν κατάφερα να ζυγίσω τη δόση στεγνή πριν την πετάξει στον κάδο παρότι δοκίμασα να τραβήξω το ρευμα, να τη σβησω απο το κουμπί, να πατήσω το STOP. (Παλιά νομίζω το είχα καταφέρει αλλα δε θυμάμαι πως...)Το πρόβλημα είναι ότι η πίεση της μηχανής και η έλλειψη tamper παράγει την εκχύλιση τόσο γρήγορα (νομίζω κάνει 5 sec για τα 30 ml) που μάλλον δεν επιτρέπει να γίνει πολύ καϊμάκι, γίνεται αλλα λίγο ή διαρκεί λίγο. Η σωστή εκχύλιση θέλει αρκετά παραπάνω δευτερόλεπτα. (25-30sec). Τροποποίησα επίσης λίγο ανοίγοντας την, το πόσο ψιλοκομμένος είναι ο καφές, είδα ότι εφόσον δεν έχει tamper, δεν αντέχει να σκαλίσεις πολύ τη ρυθμιση οπότε πιστευω ότι έδωσα νέες τιμές απο 1-2-3, πήγα σε 4-5-6 και κόβω στο 5, (αυξήθηκε πολύ το απόβλητο σκόνης καφέ στο tray δυστυχώς). Σε κάποιον άλλαξε το χρόνο εκχύλισης, σε εμένα όχι. Αλλά φαίνεται ποιο γεμάτο το σώμα πλέον. Πολύ ευχαριστημένος!
Update 13/10/2023, καμία αλλαγή, η μηχανή είναι τέλεια! (Μετά από κάθε καφέ αφήνω ανοιχτό το πλαινό συρτάρι του απόβλητου καφέ για να στεγνωνει μεχρι το άδειασμα και ξεπλένω το tray που μαζευει το νερό απο κάτω.)
I have it for 3 years.....powerful and reliable machine Made in France!......good coffee and very easy cleaning!!! For frothed milk, you have to do a separate process and it takes time and it's quite difficult to achieve.....there are also super-automatic machines from the same company that make the drink ready for you, but the price goes up a lot!!!

Excellent coffee, nice crema, automatic cleaning, easy to use. It makes noise when grinding the coffee (for those of you with easily awakened small children, this is an issue). We no longer enjoy coffee outside, we make it at home to savor it. Update 03.07.2023: After making many coffees, it started to water down and not make a nice crema like in the first year... despite following the company's cleaning instructions. :(
Εξαιρετικός καφές, ωραίο καϊμάκι, αυτόματο πλύσιμο, εύκολη στη χρήση. Θόρυβο κάνει όταν αλεθει το καφέ (όσοι έχετε μικρά παιδιά που ξυπνάνε εύκολα αυτό είναι θέμα ). Very good coffee maker, at first you will need to do several tests with the quantity and quality of the coffee until you achieve the desired result. It took me about 2 months to find the right settings and the coffee that suits me. The correct ratio for a nice freddo espresso is 40ml double shot and intensity 3 of the coffee. It cleans very easily and is very easy to use.
Πολύ καλή καφετιέρα, στην αρχή θα πρέπει να κάνετε αρκετές δοκιμές με τη ποσότητα και τη ποιότητα του καφέ μέχρι να βγάλετε το αποτέλεσμα που θέλετε.Εμένα μου πήρε γύρω στους 2 μήνες για να βρω τις σωστές ρυθμίσεις και το καφέ που μου ταιριάζει.Η σωστή αναλογία για έναν ωραίο freddo espresso είναι στα 40ml διπλή δόση και 3 η ένταση του καφέ.Καθαρίζει πολύ εύκολα και είναι πολύ εύκολη στη χρήση της.
Very good coffee, the frothed milk is not as good as I expected but maybe it's because of the milk I use. It surprises me that some people say it makes noise, it can't be silent... in my opinion, it is not noisy at all.

I have had it for about a month and it makes great coffee depending on the blend you choose and the grind. I have been using Lavazza and it makes a very nice crema. It is easy to use and heats up very quickly, within a few seconds. Cleaning it is also very easy, you don't end up with a mess in the kitchen. That was one of the reasons I bought it. As for the frothing nozzle, I wasn't crazy about it, maybe because I only tried it once. But since I work as a barista, it's not the best for milk, but for making coffees like lugo espresso freddo, it does what it says. I recommend it, it's worth the money

It makes a nice coffee with nice foam and has various settings to find your taste... The truth is that at the beginning you will have a manual in your hand and videos on YouTube and you will learn it very quickly... I have two negatives, firstly like most people I wouldn't say it makes good frothy milk, but for 15 bars it manages something and it needs frequent descaling. I bought the filter and I was quiet for a long time. Secondly, its construction is a bit fake for the money, I would have liked it to be more sturdy... and thirdly, it spilled coffee twice from the top of the nozzle, it hasn't done it again...
Κάνει ωραίο καφέ με ωραίο καϊμάκι έχει διάφορες ρυθμίσεις για να βρεις τα γούστα σου... Η αλήθεια είναι ότι στην αρχή θα είστε με ένα βιβλίο οδηγιών στο χέρι και βιντεάκια στο YouTube και θα τη μάθετε πολύ γρήγορα... Έχω δύο τρια αρνητικά 1ον όπως και οι περισσότεροι δεν θα έλεγα ότι κάνει καλό αφρογαλα αλλά για 15 bar κάτι καταφέρνει και θέλει συχνή αφαλάτωση εγώ πήρα το φίλτρο και ησύχασα για αρκετό καιρό και 2ον η κατασκευή του για τα λεφτά της είναι λίγο ψεύτικη θα την ήθελα λίγο πιο στιβαρή..και 3ον μου έχασε δύο φορές καφέ από την πάνω μεριά του ακροφυσίου δεν το έχει ξανά κάνει...

For your information, when changing the grind of the mill, the mill must be grinding at that moment; otherwise, it won't accept the change. It is mentioned in the manual, but some may understand that the machine just needs to be running.
In the setting for the highest intensity, the mill grinds about 10-12g of coffee.

After comments I saw from other users who modified the mill themselves by opening the machine to grind finer coffee, I tried it too and was amazed by the result.
The flow duration of the coffee almost doubled, resulting in actual coffee instead of the soapy liquid it produced before.

You will also need a torx 10 screwdriver and a torx 15 to remove the screws.
BE CAREFUL with the rotation during adjustment; if you rotate it too much, the coffee will come out too fine, resulting in no flow at all.
The negative rating will remain because the company should have ensured that the coffee produced by the machine is commensurate with the price and brand we paid for and that we shouldn't have to make modifications and workarounds to achieve a proper coffee.
If I had known, I would have bought a semi-automatic machine.
Update: Μετά από 2 χρόνια, σταμάτησε να ζεσταίνει και βγάζει σφάλμα. δυστυχώς δεν έχω το χρόνο, τα χρήματα και την υπομονή να τη στείλω για επισκευή.

Πληροφοριακά, όταν αλλάζετε την κοπή του μύλου ο μύλος πρέπει να κόβει εκείνη τη στιγμή αλλιώς δεν την παίρνει την αλλαγή. Το αναφέρει και στο βιβλίο αλλά κάποιοι μπορεί να καταλάβουν οτι απλά πρέπει να είναι σε λειτουργία η μηχανή.
Στην επιλογή για τη μεγαλύτερη ένταση ο μύλος κόβει γύρω στα 10-12gr καφέ

Μετά από σχόλια που είδα από άλλους χρήστες που πειράξανε οι ίδιοι το μύλο ανοίγοντας τη μηχανή ώστε να κόβει πιο ψιλό καφέ, το δοκίμασα και εγώ και έμεινα έκπληκτος από το αποτέλεσμα.
Η διάρκεια ροής του καφέ σχεδόν διαπλασιάστηκε με αποτέλεσμα να βγαίνει όντως καφές και όχι η σαπουνάδα που έβγαζε προηγουμένως.

Επίσης θα χρειαστείτε ένα κατσαβίδι torx 10 και ένα torx 15 για να αφαιρέσετε τις βίδες.
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ στην περιστροφή κατά τη ρύθμισή, αν το περιστρέψετε παραπάνω ο καφές θα βγαίνει πολύ ψιλός με αποτέλεσμα να μην υπάρχει καν ροή.
Η αρνητική βαθμολογία θα παραμείνει γιατί η εταιρία θα έπρεπε να είχε μεριμνήσει ώστε ο καφές που φτιάχνει η μηχανή να είναι ανάλογος της τιμής και του brand που πληρώσαμε και να μην χρειάζεται να κάνουμε αλχημείες και πατέντες μέχρι να πετύχουμε ένα σωστό καφέ.
Αν το ήξερα θα αγόραζα μία ημιαυτόματη μηχανή.

After almost 2 years, not only has the performance dropped significantly, but also the mechanism that throws the coffee into the bin has broken, resulting in clogging and throwing out deformed pieces instead of round cookies. Luckily, the problem occurred 1 month before the warranty expired and they covered it. However, there is no official KRUPS dealership in Greece, only an authorized representative (limperis-service), which means that there are no readily available spare parts and you have to wait 2-3 months for repairs. Imagine, I'm still waiting and it has been 2 months since I sent it. Stay away from KRUPS, if it breaks, I will go for a manual one that is much more durable and of better quality in their use.

I stopped drinking espresso from cafes from the moment I bought it, it really is worth every last cent. The machine makes the coffee just the way you like it, light, medium, or strong, very hot or lukewarm, it has plenty of options and amazing automation. It also has a water filtration adjustment depending on its hardness (For the hardness of your water, consult the Krups guide included as well as your water supplier.) It doesn't make a mess and cleans easily with a Krups capsule that you drop from the top slot and select the cleaning program. It has an option to release water when you open it to clean any residue from the group. It automatically presses and throws the cookie into a special bin.
The grinder's storage space holds enough so you don't have to fill it every day. It lasts me about 10 days. It has three levels of grinding, very fine, medium thickness, and coarse. The group fills according to how strong you want it! Specifically, it has three levels of espresso production intensity. When you select the indicator on 1 bean, it makes it light and cuts less, on 2 it's medium and cuts more, and on 3 it cuts a lot more. The machine makes incredible coffee and good frothy milk, although it requires a bit of skill in filling and holding the jug for the frothy milk. I prefer full cow's milk because the ones for espresso have a steamed taste and don't make good frothy milk because they are already smooth. It's better for freddo cappuccino as they puff up when you beat them.
The full plain white cow's milk, on the other hand, makes an amazing silk cream when you steam it.
Once you learn it, you will understand what I mean.

Η Μηχανή μετά από σχεδόν 2 χρόνια όχι απλώς έχει πέσει η απόδοση σε bar αλλά επίσης μου χάλασε και ο μηχανισμός που πετάει τον καφέ στον κάδο με αποτέλεσμα να μπουκώνει και να πετάει αλλοιωμένα κομματάκια αντί για μπισκοτάκι στρόγγυλο. Ευτυχώς παρουσίασε το πρόβλημα 1 μήνα πριν λήξει η εγγύηση και μου την κάλυψαν. Βέβαια αντιπροσωπεία επίσημη της KRUPS δεν υπάρχει στην Ελλάδα παρά μόνο εξουσιοδοτημένος αντιπρόσωπος (limperis-service) με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχει κανένα ανταλλακτικό ετοιμοπαράδοτο και να περιμένεις 2-3 μήνες για την επισκευή της. Φανταστείτε ακόμα περιμένω και έχουν περάσει 2 μήνες από τότε που την έστειλα. Μακριά από KRUPS αν χαλάσει θα πάω σε χειροκίνητη που είναι πολύ πιο ανθεκτικές και ποιοτικές στην χρήση τους.

Σταμάτησα να πίνω espresso από καφετέρια από την στιγμή που την αγόρασα, πραγματικά αξίζει μέχρι και το τελευταίο cents. Η μηχανή σου κάνει τον καφέ όπως γουστάρεις ελαφρύ, μέτριο ή βαρύ, πολύ καυτό ή χλιαρό, έχει πληθώρα επιλογών και τρομερό αυτοματισμό. Έχει επίσης ρύθμιση φιλτραρίσματος του νερό ανάλογα με την σκληρότητά του (Για την σκληρότητα του νερού σας, συμβουλευτείτε τον οδηγό της Krups που περιλαμβάνεται καθώς και την ΔΕΥΑ σας.) Δεν λερώνει και καθαρίζει
πανεύκολα με κάψουλα Krups που την ρίχνεις από την πάνω υποδοχή και επιλέγεις το πρόγραμμα καθαρισμού. Έχει επιλογή όταν την ανοίγεις να ρίχνει νερό για να καθαρίζει από τυχών υπολείμματα το γκρουπ. Πρεσάρει αυτόματα και πετάει σε ειδικό κάδο το μπισκοτάκι.
Ο αποθηκευτικός χώρος του μύλου παίρνει αρκετό ώστε να μην το γεμίζεις κάθε μέρα. Έμενα με πάει πάνω κάτω 10 μέρες. Έχει τρία επίπεδα κοψίματος πολύ λεπτό, μέτριο πάχος και χοντρό. Το γρκουπ γεμίζει ανάλογα με το πόσο δυνατό το θες!! Πιο συγκεκριμένα έχει τρία επίπεδα έντασης παραγωγής εσπρέσο. Όταν επιλέγεις την ένδειξη στον 1 κόκκο το κάνει ελαφρύ κόβει λιγότερο, στο 2 μέτριο και κόβει παραπάνω και στο 3 πολύ παραπάνω. Η μηχανή κάνει απίστευτο καφέ και καλό αφρόγαλα αν και απαιτεί για το αφρόγαλα λίγο δεξιοτεχνία στο γέμισμα και κράτημα του κανατάκι. Προτιμώ πλήρες γάλα αγελαδινό γτ αυτά του εσπρέσο τα barista έχουν γεύση εβαπορέ και δεν κάνουν αφρόγαλα καλό γτ είναι ήδη smooth. Είναι καλύτερα για freddo cappuccino μιας και όταν τα χτυπάς φουσκώνουν.
Το πλήρες απλό λευκό αγελαδινό από την άλλη όταν το βαράς στον ατμό κάνει φοβερό silk cream.
Μόλις θα την μάθετε θα καταλάβετε τι εννοώ.

The espresso machine, if adjusted correctly, makes great coffee. It is at least on par with coffee shops. You need to have some experience with this type of machine to know the right proportions. For those who haven't found the setting for a strong espresso, I want to inform you that the machine only dispenses single shots, so for a strong brew, the setting should be like the one in the photo above. The frother didn't impress me, but I found a solution with a milk frother that was recently released for €25.
Η εσπρεσιερα αν τη ρυθμίσεις σωστά κάνει καφεδαρα. Κάνει τουλάχιστον ισάξιο με τις καφετέριες. Πρέπει να έχεις λίγη εμπειρία πάνω στο είδος για να ξέρεις τις σωστές αναλογίες. Για όποιον δεν έχει βρει τη ρύθμιση για φρέντο εσπρέσσο να ενημερώσω ότι η μηχανή κόβει μόνο ΜΟΝΕΣ δόσεις οπότε για έναν σωστό φρέντο η ρύθμιση πρέπει να είναι όπως στη φωτό από πάνω. Το αφρογαλα δεν με ενθουσίασε αλλά βρήκα λύση σε μια αφρογαλιερα που έβγαλε το λιντλ πρόσφατα με 25€.
I have it for 1.5 years.. I am very satisfied, the money is not little but every day I enjoy my coffee just the way I want it.. and very easily! Rich crema and the milk frother is quite satisfactory. I highly recommend it!

We have had the machine for five and a half years now (360 euros in 2020, mind you... the milk frother is indeed rubbish... luckily, last year I bought a Lidl milk frother for 20 euros and I am super happy with my cappuccino! HOWEVER... now it doesn't make any crema at all. Just watery. Maybe I'll tweak it a bit as another user described!
Εχουμε τη μηχανη εδω και 5 μιση χρονια(360 ευρω το 2020 παρακαλω... το αφρογαλο οντως μαπα....ευτυχως αγορασα περυσι αφρογαλιερα lidl 20 e και ειμαι πανευτυχης με τον capuccino μου! OMΩΣ.... πλεον δε μου κανει καθολου καιμακι. νερομομπλουμ. Ισως την πειραξω λιγο οπως πριγραφει αλλος χρηστης !
Excellent coffee and very easy to use with many options for grinding and coffee preparation. Also easy to clean. Unfortunately, after 3 years of use for one coffee a day, it started leaking coffee internally and overflowing through the plastic parts. Even though it was repaired (cracked tube), after a while it started leaking coffee again internally from the pressure piston even when the o-rings were replaced. Then, steam with coffee would burst everywhere inside and the grinder got clogged. It went to recycling
Εξαιρετικός καφές και πολύ εύκολη χρήση με πολλές επιλογές στην άλεση και παρασκεύη καφέ. Εύκολο και στον καθαρισμό. Δυστυχώς όμως στα 3 χρόνια με χρήση για ένα καφέ τη μέρα άρχισε να χάνει καφέ εσωτερικά και να ξεχειλίζει μέσα από τα πλαστικά. Παρόλο που επισκευάστηκε (ραγισμένο σωληνάκι) έπειτα από λίγο έχανε καφέ πάλι εσωτερικά από το έμβολο πίεσης ακόμα και όταν αντικαταστάθηκαν τα o-rings. Στη συνέχεια έσκαγε ο ατμος με τον καφέ παντού μέσα και λάσπωσε ο μύλος. Έφυγε στην ανακύκλωση
We have had it for over a year in the factory kitchen where I work. It makes an average of 50-60 coffees daily without any issues and is very easy to clean. The quality of the coffee is equal to what you buy outside for €2.5. It is worth its money and more.

Καθημερινά φτιάχνει μέσο όρο 50-60 καφέδες χωρίς να έχει πάθει το παραμικρό και είναι πανεύκολη στο καθάρισμα.
Η ποιότητα του καφέ είναι ισάξια με αυτό που αγοράζεις απ' έξω με 2.5€.
Αξίζει τα χρήματά της και με το παραπάνω.
I have had the machine for 1 month and so far I have no complaints, easy operation, nice extraction, very good crema. Memory with favorite options and many functions. It's too early for me to assess the quality-price ratio. Sturdy construction and very careful packaging.
Έχω την μηχανή 1 μήνα και ως ώρας δεν έχω κάποιο παράπονο εύκολη λειτουργία ωραία εκχύλιση πολύ καλό καϊμάκι. Μνήμη με αγαπημένες επιλογές και πολλές λειτουργίες. Σχέση ποιότητας τιμής είναι νωρίς για να εκτιμήσω. Γερή κατασκευή και πολύ προσεγμένη συσκευασία.
The machine broke down in 20 days and went to the technician where it stayed for a month, in 10 days the same thing happened again and this happened 3 times until it was sent to Athens and returned to me to last a month. They do not accept that it is defective and they do not make replacements, the coffees I have paid for outside and the money I have given for back and forth trips I could have bought two more. I threw 400€ in the trash, that's it. Terrible support... if you fall into a defective model you have simply lost your money.
Η μηχανή στις 20 μέρες χάλασε και πήγε στο τεχνικό όπου έμεινε ένα μήνα , σε 10 μέρες πάλι το ίδιο και αυτό έγινε 3 φορές μέχρι που στάλθηκε Αθήνα και επέστρεψε σε εμένα για να αντέξει ένα μήνα. Δεν δέχονται ότι είναι ελαττωματική και αντικατάσταση δε κάνουν, τους καφέδες που έχω πληρώσει απ' έξω και τα λεφτά που έχω δώσει στα πηγαιν' έλα θα είχα πάρει άλλες δύο. Πέταξα 400€ στα σκουπίδια, αυτό. Απαίσια υποστήριξη.... αν πέσετε σε ελαττωματικό μοντέλο απλά έχετε χάσει τα λεφτά σας.
