The pool is great, it's huge, of course, you need the necessary chemicals to keep it clean with the right pH

I have been using this pool for 5 years now (it tears due to cats), I have a suitable space in my garden for such a pool. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is because we constantly have to stretch it from all sides for a long time while it fills up, so that it doesn't have many and intense wrinkles on the fabric we step on. Other than that, it easily fits 5-6 people, including 20-year-olds. It is perfect for relaxation and unwinding.

Tremendous space takes a while to fill up. But you don't mind since the result fully satisfies you. It comfortably fits 8 adults or 12 children. The filter is tremendous at collecting dust and hair easily. You will need a chlorine tablet that you place in the special outlet of the filter and a skimmer net to collect insects. With these, it will stay clean for about 2 months. If it is installed completely straight without the bottom bending, its capacity reaches up to 12 tons of water, not 9.5 as stated on the packaging. With a water hose, it takes about 12 hours to fill up

I purchased the Intex Easy Set 457x84cm (28158) for 120EUR in June 2019.

In summary:
Pros:
+ Relatively quick setup (pool and filling takes about 3 hours)
+ Satisfactory filter included in the package
+ Quality product with complete peripheral support at reasonable prices
+ Excited reactions from both children and adults, as it comfortably fits an adult (water depth is 66cm)

Cons:
- Requires an additional pump or air compressor to inflate the perimeter ring. The valve is wide, so it is difficult to properly inflate it with a regular pump without frustration. Due to heat and sun exposure, it needs to be topped up every 2-3 days.
- Requires a well-laid and smooth floor to avoid tearing.

Additional ESSENTIAL items you will need:
1) Intex Skimmer 28000 (15EUR)
2) Pool net (8EUR + Pole 22EUR) [don't waste your money on cheap ones from Jmb, they don't work well] with a small mesh to collect even the smallest debris from the pool floor
3) Chemicals: Chlorine or multi-tablet from prtkr (13EUR/2.5kg), pH-minus (12EUR/kg), Test kit (7EUR).

Additional OPTIONAL items you will need:
4a) Ground cloth: If placed on a smooth tile of a large terrace (min 30sqm), no ground cloth is needed.
4b) Ground cloth if placed on grass INTEX 28048 (76EUR)
4c) Ground cloth if placed on soil to prevent tearing from possible stones, gravel, etc:
4c1) The most economical solution with more application time:
- 70 bags (17kg/bag) of fine construction sand (1EUR/bag + VAT) [leveled with a 5-meter aluminum pole (crazy package...)] (70EUR)
- Transparent thick nylon sheeting 25sqm (the pool is ~20 square meters) with 2.80-3.40EUR/kg (30EUR)
- Green permeable nylon sheeting around the pool for carefree and relatively civilized use of the pool without mud, etc. (1.2EUR/sqm)
4c2) The expensive solution with minimal application time:
- Hard/dense insulation material 30mm applied double (at least 50mm to cover sharp stones), 7EUR/sqm for 25sqm (350EUR)
5) Intex cover 28023 (15EUR)
6) If you have large dogs, you will need a perimeter fence (to prevent them from tearing the pool's perimeter ring while trying to investigate the new object). Cost of dense reed fencing 10EUR/3m, at least 30m to maintain it around the pool (100EUR).

Comment to suppliers:
It would be preferable not to include the filter in the pool package so that each person can choose the one they prefer. Recommended devices in the description would be a good practice. The pump/filter included in the package is 2000gal/h, which is borderline for the ~10 cubic liters of the 457/28158. Ideally, a much larger pump (e.g., INTEX 16636 or 28634) would be better for faster cleaning and more satisfactory operation of the skimmer.
