Excellent product, yes the smell is annoying but ok, tolerable in my opinion, yes it does dehydrate the hair but it's temporary, after the next wash my hair regained its volume and shine again.
I only used it once.
I left it on for 30 minutes, I had been dyeing my hair black for years, the result was a nice red-copper color.
It didn't damage my hair at all, no allergies, no stinging.
Leave your roots natural, and apply the product from about the middle downwards because it also lightens your natural color

I've been using it for years, it's wonderful, does an amazing job; every time I had black hair, this saved me and it doesn't burn the hair. It smells a bit bad and strong, but it's okay, bearable

I had been dyeing my hair blue black for years while it was blonde, I did applications until the product was finished. I ordered a double quantity and it did nothing for me. As soon as you wash your hair, whatever lightening you had is reversed and it becomes dark again as if you did nothing. Maybe it's for lighter hair for a slight correction

Girls, ALL removers remove ONLY black dye! I had dyed my hair black for a long time along with a red I did last year. For the past 6 months, I hadn't dyed it. With 2 applications (the photos show before, 1st application, 2nd application) the black dye came out completely, leaving my roots, and I have a uniform result with my old red-brown. With one application I achieved this result. It did not damage my hair, one package was enough for all my hair, which is almost chest-length. And personally, the smell did not particularly bother me.

It does exactly the job it is supposed to do. Personally, I can't stand the smell at all but this is solved by being in a well-ventilated area and not, for example, in a bathroom. I had dyed hair with a level 5 dye and several layers of dye underneath; after the process, my hair returned to a level 7-8, where it was with a previous bleach I had done. Also, it's very normal for hair to have an orange tint after the process (due to the peroxide from the previous dye), which can be fixed with the shade you choose afterwards. It causes nowhere near the damage that bleach would do to lighten the hair. If you don't get the color you want, it's the best thing to fix it. Also, I have very long hair down to my waist and the quantity was more than enough.

Very satisfied, for 5 years as a loyal brunette it has done a very good lightening, it doesn't damage like bleach..in one day I have done 2 applications, just afterwards it needs very good hydration

Personally, I was satisfied!! I had bleached my hair blonde, then after months I got bored and dyed it with a level 7 dark blonde dye but with 20 volume developer. After two weeks, the color faded because of the bleach I had, so I decided to get this product to remove the color as much as possible and help it lighten on its own, resulting in an orange with yellow tones, like a faded copper. It lifted the color from a 7 dark to a 9 (copper). Depending on the dye you have on your hair, it will remove the color up to 2 levels. You may need to use it twice (I would suggest waiting a week between applications with moisturizing masks in between, and then do a second round of color removal). It definitely does not burn the hair, it just requires patience until you reach the desired lightness of your hair. Excellent product!!!!

AMAZING!! My hair was dyed black (for the last 5 years), and in 15 minutes it became several shades lighter. The most important thing is that it didn't get damaged, it's as soft as before.

GIRLS IT WORKS! The photo where my hair is black is after being dyed 5 times with Palette permanent dye dark brown number 3. The result is fantastic. I will definitely do it one more time in about a week though, because at first I didn't believe the product would work so I just applied it carelessly just to prove it wouldn't work. And yet it removed the dye! I definitely recommend it, but it stinks! It smells like Veet depilatory cream.

Unbeatable! I didn't expect it to remove the dye so well, I'm talking about hair with bleach that gave exactly the result I had before dyeing and even better, more uniform, and it didn't damage the hair at all. As for the smell, which I saw bad comments about, I have to say it's not that bad; personally, I had no problem after 3 consecutive washes and a mask, there's just a minimal scent left. Oh, and one more thing, the quantity is enough for long hair, and there's even some left over.

I placed an order, paid in full, and instead of receiving my product, it was returned to the sender without any delivery attempt or explanation. I was never contacted, and now I'm left without the item I paid for. This is completely unacceptable. It feels like they just took the money and never intended to deliver the product. Totally unreliable experience — I will not be ordering again.

I think the comments are unnecessary!!! Immediate results from the very first use, I am incredibly satisfied… I had blonde hair due to pregnancy, it faded, I left it, then I wanted it to go gray, it turned out a horrible green color and I freaked out, I took it to the hairdresser and dyed it dark brown, yet it still showed the roots!!! I read reviews and decided to be a guinea pig once again and take the risk. Wonderful results from the first application as long as you follow the instructions, but even if it stays on longer, it doesn't damage the hair! It does smell though… I will apply it one more time and then see if it will dye or remain like this because the result, at least for me, is satisfactory! Therefore, I recommend purchasing it for the result and the price, of course

It smells bad and causes stinging in my eyes. Also, it does nothing with the semi-permanent dye and dehydrates the damaged hair a lot

Amazing! It opened the color in my hair so much that I became a little blonde, something so foreign to me, but within a week I returned to my dark color, something I hadn't seen in years! Don't be scared if the hair comes out very light; the hair will rest and you'll be happy with the result! The downside is that the smell went away after 2 weeks! But it's TOP!!!!!

I had dyed my hair 1N - neutral black and after a month decided to go to my natural blonde color. I used this color remover twice and it got me to a very nice neutral level 6 brown. Definitely recommend!

While I had a similar product from another company, this one really opened my hair by 3 shades for sure! From red dye to chestnut in one go, and I couldn't believe it! I recommend it a thousand times!

First of all, especially for difficult colors, definitely get two packages. I have long hair and each package was enough for two applications. However, it requires quite a few passes. I am naturally light brown, dyed red for 11 years, and black on top for a year. I wanted to remove the black to go back to red. Based on the initial result, I would give it 5 stars because it really removed all the black and resulted in a light ginger. However, the next day when I applied red dye, it turned brown... not just darker, but it didn't even have a red undertone. I don't know if it's because I didn't wait a few more days before dyeing it. If anyone has any suggestions to help me avoid bleach, I'm open to advice. :)

DIVINE! From dark red, they turned to a light copper after the first application, and so the blonde/very light copper dye I applied to my hair afterward took perfectly. The hair is very soft, no damage, and most importantly, it works. As for the smell, I imagine it's subjective. It didn't bother me at all; generally, I don't have an issue with smells. Magical product, I didn't expect such a wonderful result (by the way, I am the user's wife; he doesn't dye his hair, prefers gray, but he liked the change in my hair)

Guys, listen to me. I have tried this product before. My base is dark chestnut. I had made it red and got tired of it and wanted to remove it because it wouldn't fade at all. So these are the results. One use. One could say very good. Then after years I used it again because I have my hair blonde and I thought to put a gray chromomask on it to make it look silver. So guess what came out? Green blue. For months it faded only a bit and I hoped that the blonde would stay at some point but nothing. I used this product from Nirvel and the results were what you see in the photo. I believe it helped quite a bit, there is something grayish left that definitely resembles mint green BUT both times I didn't do a bleaching. My hair was not damaged at all. The smell does indeed make you want to say haha what smells like this but it's bearable since the results are very good.

The good thing is that it doesn't damage the hair. It smells incredibly bad, even the next day my hair smelled. But I didn't get it for the fragrance. It completely removes the color as long as it is freshly dyed; if you have had the color for a while, it requires many applications

It lightens very well, however it has a very strong smell and does not include gloves which are very necessary for the process.

It does a very good job in opening up from black, even without patches!
It gave me an exceptional golden blonde.... HOWEVER...
The dye I applied afterwards (natural sandy blonde) turned out pitch black... The root clearly came out lighter not because of the product itself, as it doesn't affect it, but because it was uncolored for a long time.
So basically, I went through the trouble and expense to end up looking the same as before...
Plus, it made my hair feel rough as if I had used a decapage. I applied a mask again, but still...

Excellent product. After 2 months of using black permanent box dye, it faded to blonde at the ends and ginger in the middle. The health of my hair remains the same, it has not dried out or broken. I recommend it to those who want to achieve very dark colors. If someone wants to become blonde, they can also do a round of bleaching and they're ready to go
