Description

The Bosch retractable hood is an ideal choice for your kitchen, easily installed in a cabinet. Its distinguishing feature is the ability for only the part containing the filters to slide out, making it practical and functional. It has a quiet operation, with a noise level not exceeding 54 dB, allowing you to cook and converse simultaneously without disturbance. Its extraction power reaches 400 m³/h, sufficient for spaces up to 14 square meters, with an additional option for increased intensity of 740 m³/h for short-term needs, perfect for frying or grilling.

The operation of the hood can be either air extraction or recirculation, depending on the installation. The metallic filters of the hood are easily removable and dishwasher-safe, saving time and money as they do not require frequent replacement. With its 2 motors, it ensures additional power and performance, making it ideal for larger spaces and open kitchen designs.

It is good in terms of vapor absorption performance, the operating noise up to the third level is very satisfactory (almost inaudible), while on the fourth level it is audible but still tolerable. It is a fair purchase for its price.
Attention!! You need to call an experienced and knowledgeable technician for installation because even though it is not screwed onto the furniture, it requires a lot of skill in measuring for the mounting bases.

Quiet and efficient at the 2nd speed, while at the 4th speed the noise is noticeable, but the performance triples.

The extractor fan does not perform well for its value, it needs at the 3rd and 4th speed where the noise is noticeable. (Φ120)

I have not yet completed the installation, but whoever buys it should pay attention to the position where they will screw the bases. Since very small screws of 15mm are used, which may only hold about 10mm in the particle board, caution is needed.

The package also includes a template so that you can make the holes where needed. Although I did not understand it immediately, I managed to hit them perfectly. The problem is that they are calculated for cabinets with a depth of 30cm. If you have 28cm, it will protrude, and even if you have the recommended 32cm, it may not be a big issue depending on the arrangement of the cabinet. The website's drawings show examples of the cut for 28/30/32, but the instructions do not tell you where to make the holes. They should have printed it for ALL measurements. Also, the cut does not specify where the hole should be made, only the center, which is not helpful

I bought it 3 years ago as the most efficient extractor. I am not particularly satisfied, as often when I cook, water drips from the filters onto the food. I have tried the 4th setting and the rest to see what the problem is, but the issue remains. I definitely would not recommend it, due to its high cost.

Burned his electronics after minimal use and the company asked for almost its initial value for repair! No reliability and no response and assumption of responsibility from a supposed good company. Completely unreliable, doesn't even respond to messages I sent.

Satisfied overall, I would like continuous and the 4th scale but it works well on the 3rd, good absorbency.
Very expensive, extra the front in the negatives

Stay away from this specific product. Stay away from this specific company whose service does not justify it. The practices of this company resemble practices taken from the time capsule of our recent cult history, where randomness prevails. Specifically, for a household product that I have paid a fortune for, even with an active warranty, it broke and they are dragging me along for 2 months until it expires. However, I have noted to them that an elderly person with respiratory problems resides in the house and that for two months now the cabinets are starting to deteriorate due to the lack of an extractor.

Very negative that it does not have a front panel and you have to buy it separately for about 25 euros. Unacceptable if one takes into account the high purchase price of the hood

It is the second one I buy, after a year of using the first one in another house due to its very good performance. Its ergonomics have improved a lot, now having the controls in the front, but it is still difficult to place. I did not follow the company's instructions that want it to be placed with the "handles" it has on the sides - it cannot be placed in any way and it is also risky to fall - but traditionally on the bases of the cabinet.
However, it is worth its money. You fry fish and the house does not smell, it has great absorbency.
The previous one I had in the kitchen was Miele, I say it for the comparison I make.
