Do the archaeological testimonies from all over the then-known world, including the findings and the texts from the archives that were read, from Hattusa, Egypt, and the Linear B inscriptions, provide us with information? Is there a relation and connection of the findings from Cyprus and the Near East, as well as the texts that mention Cyprus, with the remaining evidence? Do these elements evoke memories of descriptions from ancient Greek literature?

How many layers of destruction from Troy, from the late Bronze Age, have archaeologists uncovered, and when do they date to? How do these datings fit into the context that arises from the other archaeological findings?

Did the Mycenaean Greeks of the late Bronze Age possess the characteristics of a "great power," such as the Kingdom of Hatti and Egypt, and when were they chronologically able to undertake a giant campaign against Troy?

Given that -in all periods- any countries that possessed the characteristics of a "great power" -military strength, concentration of wealth, and development of economic power- also undertook the construction of large-scale monumental works, developing the appropriate expertise and technology, did the Mycenaean Greeks possess these characteristics?

What is documented from the archaeological testimonies? Are there records in the archaeological findings of campaigns by the Ahhiyawa/Achaeans and/or the Danaans against Hatti and Egypt, the two "superpowers" of the era?
