The Doctor's Formula Inositol Formula 60 tabs is a dietary supplement with inositol and B vitamins.

Inositol is known as vitamin B8, a natural isomer of glucose. It is an important intermediate key element of second messengers and a dominant component of the phospholipids of cell membranes involved in many biological processes.

    It caused me a migraine - a strong headache from the first pill, I took the second pill half, the same, I drank water like crazy and went to the toilet immediately, after a 6-hour period I calmed down. Reading, I understood that there is an equation that keeps B6, Folic Acid (B9), and B12 in balance. In case the balance changes, you get a migraine because these three B vitamins are involved in homocysteine metabolism. This specific formulation has everything except inositol and for me, this specific dose triggered a migraine. I will try a pure inositol formulation.
    I didn't have time to notice a great improvement in vision, dramatic, I started to see at distances that I couldn't before, clarity, and a calmness, if it wasn't for the strong migraine, it would be perfect.
