I have had it for over 3–4 years and, overall, it has completely satisfied me. Although sometimes it may drip or the plates may get dirty, for its price it is a very good choice. I have slightly wavy hair down to my waist and it straightened it very well, leaving it smooth and well-groomed.

Let's be realistic: we're talking about a product that costs 10–15 euros, so we can't expect Steampod-level performance. For its price, though, it does its job just fine and is worth the money.

I got it because my own one broke and I didn't have money at the moment to get a worthy replacement, so I got this one to manage for 2-3 months. The first one was defective and they replaced it for me. It never stays at 200 degrees, it constantly drops to 160 as you straighten and starts to drip. It needs constant refilling and it indeed pulls the hair a bit. In the end, it straightens the hair but it requires a process, meaning if someone wants to get it and have it do the job, I wouldn't recommend it. I have short, thick hair and it took me half an hour to straighten it with the breaks I took to let it reach temperature again and to refill the water.

Very bad purchase. The container empties in record time and simultaneously drips. It takes a long time to straighten my hair, it frizzes it and dehydrates it. Also, the straightening doesn't last...

Honestly, a value for money product! It's unbelievable because at this price, not even Jumbo has a straightener! It straightens quickly, easily for damaged hair, and it is a heavy product which I consider relatively durable because it shows quality construction. The only negative is that it runs low on water if it doesn't reach temperature (like some clothes steamers).

One of the worst, maybe the worst purchase I've made... I bought one that broke within a week, constantly leaking from the beginning. After hundreds of calls and messages because the first one was faulty (it wouldn't turn on), I sent it back and they sent me another one... Same thing... same constant leaking issue. Thankfully, I bought another one and it has been sitting in its box for 2 years now. I barely used the second one... Overall, it straightened my hair very well, probably due to the steam, and along with this straightener, I also bought a oil to mix with water in the boiler, which did a great job... but it seems that this product is not reliable at all, completely fake, lightweight, and had a strong burnt smell... in NO way is it professional.

Once it worked and leaked even though the small boiler it has was closed tightly. Then it made a noise and threw the automatic off. It almost burned me. Unsafe and unreliable.

The most unfortunate purchase I have made!! The water reservoir empties very quickly, you have to fill it every two minutes, it also constantly leaks water, resulting in burns, the rubber melted due to temperature from the very first use. It takes a very long time to straighten the hair and within a quarter at most, the hairstyle gets ruined again!! Extremely tiring, time-consuming, wasted money, I was excited by the praising comments I had seen and bought it. For throwing away, wasting time and money! Don't be deceived!!

I was very satisfied! Even though I have straight hair, straightening is necessary for it to look nice and smooth. I noticed that my hair looks healthier and feels softer after straightening. It doesn't frizz or get damaged. I also straightened my cousin's hair, who has very thick, voluminous, and frizzy hair, and the result was very good!! Using the steam function at full power makes the job even better.

I think it's the worst straightener model.. Honestly, don't make the mistake of getting it.. It constantly needs refilling the container, resulting in a delay in straightening your hair, it damages it, the straightening doesn't last at all, terrible quality.. There are better straighteners for this price, but this one definitely isn't one of them!

Terrible!!!! I have bought it twice and both times it broke. The first time it simply stopped heating up and the second time it wouldn't release the water, so when I opened the boiler to fill it with water, it accumulated and suddenly threw it all over me! Dangerous!!! I have been burned by the water it throws many times!

It destroyed my hair. Unfortunately, I can't upload a photo.... Today I had to cut my hair because it had burned the ends. My hair is gone. Cheap and destructive.... What a shame!!!

For the money, it's good. Heats up very quickly. As for construction, it's not the best (plastic), but it's okay for its price. Water spills and falls on the plates and makes a hissing sound like when water falls into the kitchen sink. Annoying. I haven't been using it for long, so I don't know how much it will damage my hair.

My friend gave it to me as a gift, and when I saw it, I thought it would be a joke, but it is the most perfect straightener I have ever tried, and I have tried many! I may have gotten overly excited, but I loved it. My hair is a bit difficult, frizzy and curly! As soon as I received it, I washed my hair, blow-dried it, and tried it out. I took before and after photos... no comparison. Even though my hair is straight because I used the blow dryer, it is dull and looks wild. Once I straightened it, the hair shone and looked perfectly healthy without split ends (and I have quite a few...). Oh! Also, I should mention that it doesn't damage the hair and heats up in a second. As soon as I turned it on, it reached the desired temperature. I'm used to waiting at least 2 minutes, but not with this one. That's it!

First of all, its construction is very lightweight and fake plastic ready to catch fire... its buttons are terrible, they move on their own... it is the worst choice... and it burned from the first day I got it...
