People haven't changed the quality since the beginning of the company and they have very good after-sales services, but there are also identical ones circulating in the market. I have had it for 15 years, it may have darkened from use but it works perfectly!

This product is unacceptable. I’ve had it for a few months but I rarely use it—I've grilled maybe 5-6 times so far—and I noticed that after grilling there was oil underneath. I didn’t pay attention, I thought it must have just spilled. Today, as I lifted it and examined it (since I had placed it on a wooden table and it absorbed oil), I was shocked to find on the bottom part, small holes—4-5 tiny holes on the surface of the INOX! The grill pan got holes in it, can you believe it? I still can’t believe it! My mother has had hers for 20 years and nothing ever happened!
Greek-made, supposedly. And then you wonder why money goes elsewhere. Since you don’t respect consumers, I won’t buy Greek products either. Shame on this company!
EDIT 12/01/2026. After contacting the company when I bought it, I sent photos and they acknowledged the fault, saying they would send another tray at their own expense, of course. When it arrived, they asked me for 5 euros for shipping. I contacted the person in charge and he told me to accept it and they would refund me to my account. I gave them my account details and just as you never saw a refund after all these years, neither did I. He strung me along for a long time over 5 euros. After a year or two, the same thing happened again, holes appeared in several spots and the manager told me it was because I used oil and lemon, which isn’t true, but even if it was, excuse me, are we forbidden from oiling, say, the chicken in case it drips and causes holes? Are you serious? Not to mention the uneven cooking—edges are raw, center burns. And the grill rack is not like the photo but a very thin square mesh that is hard to clean. In the end, I gave up and bought another brand and never had a problem with the ro...r. Years have passed and I thought I should update the situation.

Όταν ήρθε μου ζήτησαν 5 ευρώ μεταφορικά. Επικοινωνώ με τον υπεύθυνο και μου λέει παράλαβέ το και θα σου τα επιστρέψουμε στο λογαριασμό σου. Τους έδωσα λογαριασμό και όσο είδατε εσέις επιστροφή μετά απο τόσα χρονια άλλο τόσο είδα κι εγώ. Με κορόιδευε για πολύ καιρό για 5 ευρώ.Μετά απο κάνα δυο χρονια που λέτε πάλι τα ίδια, τρύπησε σε μερικά σημεία και ο υπεύθυνος μου έλεγε ότι ρίχνω λάδια και λεμόνι κάτι που δεν ισχύει αλλά και έτσι να ήταν συγγνώμη μας απαγορεύετε να λαδώνουμε πχ το κοτόπουλο μη στάξει και τρυπήσει; Είστε σοβαροί; Να μην πω για το μη ομοιόμορφο ψήσιμο στα άκρα είναι άψητα στο κέντρο καίγονται. Την έχω κάποιους μήνες αλλά ψήνω σπάνια δηλαδή 5-6 φορές έχω ψήσει μέχρι τώρα και παρατήρησα ότι μετά το ψήσιμο υπήρχαν λάδια απο κάτω και δεν έδωσα σημασία νόμιζα θα έπεσαν. Σήμερα λοιπόν που την σηκώνω και την παρατηρώ καθώς την είχα πάνω σε ξύλινο τραπέζι και απορρόφησε λάδια, έκπληκτη διαπιστώνω στο κάτω κομμάτι, τρυπούλες μικρές 4-5 τρυπούλες στην επιφάνεια του INOX! Τρύπησε η ψηστιέρα, αν είναι ποτέ δυνατόν. Δεν μπορώ ακόμη να το πιστέψω! Η μάνα μου την έχει 20 χρόνια και δεν έπαθε τίποτα!
Ελληνική κατασκευή κατα τ'αλλα. Μετά μην κλαίγεστε για΄τι τα λεφτά πάνε αλλού. Αφού δεν σέβεστε τους καταναλωτές δεν αγοράζω κι εγώ ελληνικά. Ντροπή απλά σ'αυτήν την εταιρεία!
EDIT 12/01/2026. Μετά απο επικοινωνία που είχα απο την εταιρέια όταν την αγόρασα αφού έστειλα φωτογραφίες και αναγνώρισαν το λάθος είπαν πως θα στείλουν ένα άλλο ταψάκι με έξοδα δικά τους εννοείται. Όταν ήρθε μου ζήτησαν 5 ευρώ μεταφορικά. Επικοινωνώ με τον υπεύθυνο και μου λέει παράλαβέ το και θα σου τα επιστρέψουμε στο λογαριασμό σου. Τους έδωσα λογαριασμό και όσο είδατε εσέις επιστροφή μετά απο τόσα χρονια άλλο τόσο είδα κι εγώ. Με κορόιδευε για πολύ καιρό για 5 ευρώ.Μετά απο κάνα δυο χρονια που λέτε πάλι τα ίδια, τρύπησε σε μερικά σημεία και ο υπεύθυνος μου έλεγε ότι ρίχνω λάδια και λεμόνι κάτι που δεν ισχύει αλλά και έτσι να ήταν συγγνώμη μας απαγορεύετε να λαδώνουμε πχ το κοτόπουλο μη στάξει και τρυπήσει; Είστε σοβαροί; Να μην πω για το μη ομοιόμορφο ψήσιμο στα άκρα είναι άψητα στο κέντρο καίγονται. Και η σχάρα που έχει δεν έιναι όπως της φωτογραφίας αλλά πολύ λεπτό πλέγμα τετράγωνο που πλένετε δύσκολα. Τελικά την παράτησα και αγόρασα άλλη μάρκα και δεν αντιμετώπισα ποτέ πρόβλημα με την ro...r. Πέρασαν χρονια και είπα να ενημερώσω τη κατάσταση.
