It drags. I doubt it is genuine Samsung. And because of its price.

I have bought about 10 pieces, several months ago.
They do not make good contact at all, from the bottom surface that has two hooks, they do not protrude enough, resulting in not hooking onto the phone, so the cable constantly disconnects from the device

The cable that I received is only for charging and not for data transfer as it says in its description.

Very good cable this one

- It connects perfectly to the phone port

However, be careful... I had also bought from here a cable that was also identical - and genuine Samsung -
which was authentic indeed (externally they are identical, I checked), and had the same diameter, but it did not charge quickly, and when connected to a computer (more than one), it appeared as an unknown device, meaning it was not recognized... So be careful about what purchase you will make! This specific one, however, works properly without any issues.

a) Thicker than the regular one and the connection at the end with the micro USB is much more durable, meaning that the part where it usually breaks is reinforced.
b) Longer by 50 centimeters.
c) Provides fast charging.
I have been using it for 1.5 months and it charges quickly every time. Additionally, the little teeth on the final micro USB are still intact and you can hear the click when it connects to the phone. This means that it attaches firmly and doesn't come off from the charging port

Very good, it does its job perfectly. It was purchased for use on a non-Samsung device and besides having the correct plug that fits comfortably and tightly, it is fast in charging and data transfer.

Always genuine spare parts so you don't have a problem with transferring data from your phone to the computer, but also you can charge your phone battery faster.
