Application Instructions:
- Apply to the eyes (eyelid and crease) using the 239 brush, use patting motions to build the color and add intensity to the makeup.
- For an even more intense effect, use the Prep + Prime 24 Hour Extend Eye Base as a primer.
- Apply to the eyes with the 217 brush using circular motions to blend the color evenly.
