I used it because I have dehydrated skin that easily clogs and breaks out if I use heavy creams. By applying this oil 2-3 times a week at night after cleansing, the redness on my face decreased and my skin became incredibly soft without getting any breakouts. Due to the fact that I didn't use it daily but only when I needed it, it lasted me almost 2 years without spoiling.
