The review concerns use in a work/office environment, not gaming. So, this mouse is one of the worst - if not the worst - mice that have passed through my hands (and I have had many as a programmer and gamer):
- The most unacceptable accuracy/motion tracking I have ever seen in any mouse in my life, even compared to mice in the €15 range. No combination of settings helped, and I tried many times to make it work in various setups over the past 2 years.
- Build quality of the plate: the click is uncertain if it registers, it has a very poor/vague feeling, and it even does something like a secondary click that does not correspond to any input. The scroll wheel also has an issue where the wire that holds/allows for infinite scroll is prone to breaking (this has happened with a previous higher-quality Logitech mouse as well). Without the wire activated, the infinite scroll is very unclear in terms of the speed it rotates, etc., so it is practically useless.
- Weight: it takes 2(!) AA batteries for some reason, when other similar ones are perfectly fine with 1. Therefore, it feels like a boulder in everyday use or at work, which becomes even more noticeable due to the accuracy issue as you constantly have to readjust its position.
- Ergonomics: It never felt comfortable to hold. It is somewhat oddly small (at least for my hand), while other even smaller portable/mini mice were much better ergonomically.
In short: Stay away. Choose something else in this price range. Otherwise, if you want Logitech, increase your budget.
Tο review αφορά χρήση σε περιβάλλον δουλειάς/γραφείου, όχι gaming. To mouse αυτό λοιπόν είναι από τα χειρότερα -αν όχι το χειρότερο- mice που έχουν περάσει από τα χέρια μου (και έχουν περάσει πολλά όντας προγραμματιστής και gamer):
- Η πιο απαράδεκτη ακρίβεια/motion tracking που έχω δει σε οποιοδήποτε mouse στη ζωή μου, ακόμα και σε σύγκριση με mice της κατηγορίας των 15 ευρώ. Κανένας συνδυασμός settings δε βοήθησε, κι ας προσπάθησα πολλές φορές να το αξιοποιήσω σε διάφορα setups τα τελευταία 2 χρόνια.
- Ποιότητα κατασκευής της πλάκας: το click δεν είσαι πότε σίγουρος αν κάνει register, έχει πολύ κακή/ασαφή αίσθηση και μάλιστα κάνει και κάτι σαν δευτερεύον κλικ που δεν αντιστοιχεί σε input. Στο ροδάκι επίσης ειναι θέμα χρόνου να χαλάσει το συρματάκι που συγκρατεί/επιτρέπει το infinite scroll (έχει συμβεί και σε προηγούμενο logitech mouse καλύτερης ποιότητας). Χωρίς το συρματάκι ενεργοποιημένο, το infinite scroll είναι πολύ ασαφές ως προς την ταχύτητα που περιστρέφεται κλπ, άρα είναι πρακτικά άχρηστο.
- Βάρος: παίρνει 2(!) μπαταρίες ΑΑ για κάποιο λόγο, όταν άλλα αντίστοιχα ειναι απόλυτα οκ με 1. Συνεπώς το νιώθεις σαν ογκόλιθο σε καθημερινή χρήση ή στη δουλειά, κάτι που γίνεται ακόμα πιο αισθητό λόγω του θέματος της ακρίβειας καθώς πρέπει συνέχεια να διορθώνεις τη θέση του.
-Εργονομία: Δε βόλεψε καθόλου ποτέ στο κράτημα. Είναι κάπως περίεργα μικρό (τουλάχιστον για το δικό μου χέρι), ενώ άλλα ακόμα μικρότερα portable/mini mice ήταν πολύ καλύτερα εργονομικά.
Εν ολίγοις: Μακριά. Προτιμήστε κάτι άλλο σε αυτά τα χρήματα. Ειδάλλως αν θέλετε logitech ανεβείτε budget.
